Place is very well communicated with the city centre, staff is nice and helpful, sleeping capsules are pretty comfy and I would go back there on my next trip if not for the bathrooms. They look ok on photos but in reality are unclean and smelly and full of iffy stains. The worst shower experience ever!

I can't speak for other rooms, but the eight-capsule dorm isn't great. The beds are uncomfortable and the bathroom smells so bad it made me gag. The staff were nice, though, and the pierogi from the bar downstairs was good. The location isn't great if you like walking everywhere, but for metro stations, it's fine. Security is also very good... More

I stayed one night at the Wilson Hostel in middle of December 2012, we were three they gave us a room for 6 (because low season i think), the room was well heated, the private bathroom was clean, hot water was available and free internet available too. Staff is very nice, helpful and welcoming. Also a water dispenser available for... More

The hostel was friendly, clean and had a good atmosphere. My room (I stayed in a pod) was very clean, comfortable and perfect for what I paid and what I needed for my stay. There were also lockers in the rooms to stow your bits during your stay. The hostel was in a great location, the church near by set... More

We travelled as a group of 4 friends. We booked this hostel a year in advance as we wanted to be in Poland for the start of the Euro 2012 football tournament. The booking was for the room with sleepimg capsules for 4 people with a private bathroom and breakfast. A year later we arrived only to be told that... More

This was an interesting place to stay. It's out of the way but in a very nice neighborhood. The quality of the staff varied a lot. We had one person who was lovely and helpful and one person who couldn't be bothered to get up.

Unfortunately, my one-night emergency stay at this hostel (which was supposed to be a unique experience in Warsaw) ended in a truly unpleasant way. I was robbed at night (possibly by one of the roommates). Without going into details - what struck me the most was that the hotel staff DO NOT check the ID of clients of the hostel... More

Management response:

We apologize for the situation. Please be advised that we can store valuables in our safe. Valuables left in dormitory room "on view" are not safe. We called the police immediately, and they received all information. Once again, sorry but that is all we can do in this situation. More
