We were given room #12 initially. Listened to door slamming at restaurant immediately below until 1 AM. Can't imagine what its like in high season. Room was dinky with inadequate bathroom. Requested and received change to room #14 for last two nights. Much bigger, nicer room with great bathroom. There are 22 rooms at this property. Staff is mainly college... More

In the middle of both old and new in Warsaw, easy strolling distance to most attractions in the old and new towns as well as the main shopping streets. The orient express twin room no. 24 was very comfortable, more so than the more expensive room no. 16 which is right by reception and rather noisy. All in all a... More

If you are a tourist, then you will find everything you need at the Castle Inn. Best location with excellent accommodations. Very friendly staff, too. There are many interesting places to visit in Old Town and New Town. We especially liked the Chopin Museum and the Museum of Marie Curie.

Beutifully situated in Warsaw old town, Be aware that you need to walk 200 meters from the taxi. Restaurants and tourist views all around the place. Castle Inn is a special place. The house is said to be from the 17th century and who thought of creating space for elevator and hotel bar hundreds of years ago... But you don't... More

What a delightful place to stay! To say the rooms are unique is an understatement. We had seen the website, but it was even better in person. The rooms are also spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean; the staff is friendly and professional; the location in the old town is perfect; there is a wonderful restaurant next door; beds were comfy;... I really liked this quirky hotel. Situated in a great location in the old town and only a couple of minutes walk across the square if you wish to catch a bus to the park or uprising museum. If you are used to the austere feel that some hotel chains have then you will be in for a big surprise... More

I stayed at the Castle Inn for 3 nights in February, 2014. The location of the hotel is unbeatable; just steps from the historic old town square, and within walking distance to all the major attractions in Warsaw. The décor and overall theme at the Castle Inn are unique, and our room was clean and comfortable. On the second night,... More

A perfect hotel in the heart of the old city. Clean and tidy and excellent service and very good value for money. Highly recommend for couples however lots of stairs and no lift so may not be suitable for all. We didn't have breakfast as it is expensive at the hotel and plenty of places to eat within easy walking... More

Situated on the central square next to the castle at the entrance to the Old Town, this is the place to stay for a tourist in Warsaw. Fascinating interior decorations, good breakfast and very helpful staff add even more on the bonus side. Beware there are no lifts.
