What a memorable experience - Excellent staff with a location that can’t be beat! This quaint little hotel in Warsaw has it all. Upon arrival however, we got off to a bit of a rocky start. Evidently my friend’s passport had been lost at the airport as she discovered upon check in. They called the airport immediately for us, spoke... More

Superb location for visiting Old Town. Bit of a quirky hotel with individualised rooms. We stayed in family room for three on the corner overlooking the Castle. Reception & breakfast staff really friendly & helpful although you can get breakfasts in cafes down side street for half the price. If lots people about partying can be quite noisy - but... More

Stayed in two different rooms - Sahara and Herbarium. I liked the second a lot as it was very in character, but Sahara had a great view over the square. I do however feel that the double windows kept all the noise out in Sahara, while in the Herbarium I could hear people coming up and down the stairs. The... More

Nice hotel. Room was quite small but functional. We stayed in the oriental room. No lift. Staff were helpful. We were able to store our luggage until the afternoon. Beds quite comfortable. Good place to stay. Old town is a beautiful area.

...is perfect, you can easily arrive there using the pubblic transportation also from the airport. The room is nice, clean (some parts of the hotel could be modernize, like window or stairs). I can't rate the breakfast (we didn't have there). The staff is really gentle and helpfull.

You cannot fault the location but keep in mind that this building has no lift and no aircon. The staff help with your luggage, so that was not a problem. We had to keep windows open as it was hot. Suggest you use ear plugs like we did - slept well! The castle is just across the road and makes... More

I was recently (september 2014) for three days in Warsaw for vacations, and have reserved this hotel by internet based mainly on the location. Well, Castle Inn did not dissapoint me. Nice hotel, excellent location and excellent service. Just the inconvenience of not having elevator which may be a problem if you are in the last floors. But the location... More

This hotel could not be much better situated. It is on the corner of the square by the royal palace, right in the heart of the old town. Even so, it was very quiet. The decor of each room represents a theme - ours was Magritte, and it was wittily done. We had planned to go out for breakfast, but... More

Our stay at the Castle Inn was excellent. We met our daughter in Warsaw and wanted to be near the historical center and this hotel met our needs. The staff, especially Jakob was most helpful and the breakfast was very good. We did have to change rooms as the room over the main street was too loud but the next... More

This hotel gave us completely! Perfect location - Old Town around the corner, New Town - 20 minutes walk (10min transport). The bus to the airport at 5-10min on foot, by car, you can drive up to the hotel itself to discharge (after having received an explanation from the staff). The rooms are clean, comfortable and original. The staff are... More
