Bulwar hotel openend probably just a few weeks back and still many things have to be done. The Hotel is situated in a fully renovated old building, very close to the city centre. It used to be a Navy School. The looks are very modern but fale to have any atmosphere yet. Non smoking Hotel, no smoking area(s) indoor. Rooms are modern also, Good bed, very good shower. Down side is, that now I ended up in a brand new room (I was late at 23.00 hours) with a non working TV, empty mini-bar and no toilet paper. Staff was very cooperative nevertheless. All together I find it difficult to give the correct impression at this moment of time.
