There is a tram system in Poznan. I know this because every time one went past my whole room shook. Luckily after copious amounts of beer I got to sleep but this hotel is very very noisy, especially if you are on the front corner facing the street where the trams stop and go past. Rooms are very basic, with 2 single beds pushed together to make a double. The rooms are noisy and vibrate when the trams go past every 10mins. The room smelt of cigarettes. I wouldnt bother going here. more
