Good hotel but a little tired and dated. However, rooms are spotless and service is excellent. Stayed here on B&B terms for 3 nights in October. Rooms are clean and tidy, furniture is a bit on the old side but far better than some places I've stayed. Bathrooms are compact, beds are comfy but the pillows do "collapse" and could... more

Good location and good breakfast. Furniture in the rooms are old. Typical mid-budget business class hotel. Good solution for visiting the exhibition centre nearby. more

Front desk very good. Clean rooms, good breakfast if a little pricey for Poland at zl 60 per head. Well positioned for shopping and within walking distance of the market square and the various pubs and restaurants. Beware of having a room opposite the forced air vents from the adjoining hotel, the sound will be intrusive to light sleepers. more

Novotel Poznan used to be one of the best hotels in the city back in the 70s and 80s. Then it slowly turned into worse and worse. Nowadays it is an interesting mix of old and new. It is an old building with old reception and corridors. However the rooms ( and especially superior rooms) are renovated, spacious, with all... more

I wrote my review on the Lech hotel, as it was terrible we decided to go to the Novotel here. It was a very nice hotel, just as expected. It had a great location. The rooms are big and clean and comfy. there is a electric kettle in the room, together with tea and coffee, which is very nice also.... more

The hotel is just OK, somehow neither exceeding expectation nor disappointing. Location is good, breakfast was nice, I tried dinner in the restaurant, waiting staff was very polite, quality of food was average. Rooms was spacious and clean. Front office staff is very efficient and quick, but it could do justice in saying they can smile from time to time.... more

I wish to know how a hotel like this can charge 175 euro a night for what is not any better than a One star Travel Lodge. OK its clean, well cleanish, but its not a 4 star or even a three. It advertises a gym, which is no more than a pair of thirty year old bikes! The restaurant... more

We stayed for 4 nights in a standard room on a smart deal that included breakfast booked through www.booking.com. I really liked the hotel. Everything was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on 11th floor with great views of the stary brower shopping centre and over towards the spires of the old town. Location... more

Although the lobby and restaurant areas have dated decor, the rooms are very well furnished & modern. I stayed in a superior room & internet access was excellent. Breakfast was great - varied & well presented. The coffee is above all expectations - shocked us all at how nice it was! Room service was prompt, hot & reasonably priced. Although... more
