The hotel is very meticulous in every detail, excellent shower, rooms are very nice, pleasant and professional staff, excellent breakfast with personal service and excellent food. The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant area, near a park and near the center of cafes and restaurants. Internet in all rooms and public areas. I really enjoyed.

The room was modern and quite comfortable, and the service friendly and available 24 hours a day. The disadvantage was a poorly designed shower - the whole bathroom was flooded each time we turned the water on. Also, the AC was not working properly.

This hotel is a very small place, I would say a boutique style. Rooms also are small (even the deluxe one) but are very nicely decorated and bed is very comfortable. Customer service also is very good. I gave only Poor feedback as there were two issues that made my visit very uncomfortable. First problem is the same what others... More

OK place - though wouldn't give it 4 stars. It's very modern and quite interestingly furnished. My small room (nr 7) feels like an attic. It has only a very small (0,5 sqm) window that could not be opened, so no fresh air in my room. Other impracticalities are the bathroom which is getting wet when taking a shower. The... More

The hotel is a lovely design hotel. Great looking rooms, with very quirky elements. The latter to the extend that the bathroom, with a very pretty wet room, was simply unsafe. Very slippery. With transparent glass doors to the main room. This makes sitting on the toilet not a very private affair. Odd. Great restaurant.

Platinum Palace is a small & trendy & modern hotel, which caters to the business traveler crowd. It has excellent staff and a trendy restaurant (<20€/plate). Its located about 45 mins walk (or 20 mins tram) from the old town, so it's not a good option for sightseeing, unless you are part of the aforementioned crowd that will take a... More

This hotel is well located to the centre and is very modern. The room are spacious and modern with fantastic area for working and a great shower. The bathroom was big and well laid out. The bed is low to the floor but comfortable. The to is in a good position but I couldn't get and English to :-( The... More

The room is ok but in my case the shower has some problem (due to no maintenance). By the way the bed is large and quite comfortable. The location is near the airport and the city center hence the room ist not quiet but you can still sleep. A big plus is the food: you can eat in the restaurant... More

Modern, clean and brilliant air-con; perfect for a stop-over driving through Poland. We also had a fantastic (and incredibly good value) dinner in the restaurant, who were v helpful catering for my gluten free diet. Throroughly recommended!

For an overnight stop this is great. Modern, stylish, expensively refurbished rooms. Limited parking - not a problem on the night we stayed. The restaurant is excellent for dinner, one of the best we had during our 15 day trip to Poland. Good location on outskirts of town if you have a car, otherwise tram ride to/from centre.
