These are actually guest rooms of govermental research institute. The place is very quite, a bit old fashioned and not too well managed. Rooms have small beds. Prices are quite high as for what it offers.

The Institute is located opposite a small park on a quiet street a 15 minute walk from the train and bus stations. The existence of their 48 guest rooms is a secret well kept by the total absence of signage for their hotel operations.
