I say above average with reservations, its not actually brilliant but it is better than average.
Its better because it is clean, neat, tidy and the staff are superlative.
I arrived late, 10pm and the restaurant was closed so they got me an enormous take out pisa, brilliant.
Breakfast is also good, in fact better than good, great selection.
Rooms are basic, but good value for money if you want a no frills economical stay, which I did, so I am satisfied with this. more
