Parking just across the street and very secure. Breakfast is amazing, great choice. Staff is very nice, polite and helpfull. We`ll come back there for sure. Thank you to all team... More

This hotel has all the architectural style and internal features, including stained glass windows, of the 1920's. A 1920's hotel with modern facilities, good sized bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A well stocked bar, very friendly staff and a good selection of food at breakfast leads me to wonder what more I could wish for. Recommended to those, like me,... More

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of town. Only minutes to walk to many fine restaurants, pubs, shopping, canals and Opera House. Rooms are very comfortable and great service. Pretty much everyone speaks English. Highly recommend.

Stayed with colleagues for three nights. Charming old hotel. Amazing original decor, looked after well considering the age of the hotel. Nice touches, like a helpful concierge at the front door. We all agreed the rooms and breakfast were of a high standard. Friendly front desk staff. Only negative, very slow broadband. For the price, good value.

I stayed here for four nights in September. I found the staff very helpful. They all one excellent English. The room very clean, comfortable and well serviced. The breakfast not bad, but the breakfast room could do with a toaster and another coffee machine. The coffee machine was very slow. Only downside for me is the internet was very very... More

We stayed in this hotel when attending the wedding of our friends. The hotel is full of character and has a lovely entrance and staircase and many period features. It is very centrally located, just a few minutes from the river and shops, bars and restaurants and close to the train station. The room was lovely and bed comfy. My... More

Such a shame that what should be a splendid 20's Hotel hasn't had Air Con fitted in the rooms...it turns a good hotel into just an ok one! Stayed here for just short of a week with a party of 20 of us. The staff couldn't of been more helpful, laying on transport and breakfast boxes for us each day...thanks... More

Just stayed here with my family in july 2014. We stayed in one of the suites, room 410 on the fourth floor. Large suite with nice view over the roof tops and nicely decorated. But downside with this hotel in summer is the lack of A/C. It was 32 degrees outside and the room was 29 degrees in the afternoon... More
