Nothing fancy by any means. The beds are old cushions, not mattresses. The sheets were clean but clearly older and did not fit the cushions. The tv had 21 channels, but none of them were English. My room did not have wifi, but my friend's room did, so there are clearly wifi dead spots in the hotel. The wifi works... More

Quite nice big old fashion hotel. It isn't easy to find Huzar if Y haven't on board GPS. Hotel has huge parking. Is located in middle of the quarter of blocks of flats. Ask for room from side opposite to street-side. Will be comfortably quiet. Hotel has refurbished rooms - ask for it. Room was clean, bedlinen too. Don't expect... More

Room lovely, facilities fine. Staff a little unfriendly as others have said. Worst moment, waiting an hour for (a pre-booked!) dinner on the second night and then finding undercooked pork. Not great. However, I was taken seriously by the restaurant manager (with help from a waiter who spoke English). When I go again, I'll stay elsewhere, but apart from the... More

Booked this hotel and was then told that it had some bad reviews, so I was dubious .On arrival,I found the Staff to be helpful, polite and efficient. Was given my room key on floor 5 instead of the Ground floor room I had asked for, nut the reason for the change became clear later in the week. The Hotel was very... More

I stayed at the Huzar on my final night in Lublin. The hotel is basic, but modern. It is clean, has good lifts, and the room was larger and more comfortable than I expected for the price. This is not to say that the hotel was not without its problems. As several others have commented upon, there is a lack... More

There's nothing much wrong with this hotel, but I left feeling dissatisfied. I think it was because whilst it's clean enough and the basic rooms have what you need for a night's stay, the staff all looked like serving you was being done through gritted teeth. The clincher for me was when I politely asked if it was possible to... More

It was clean and tidy, cheapie beds and a non-luxury hotel but it was a short night and served its purpose! It was such a short visit that I didnt see anything other then my room, so cant really comment too much.

We were 6 friends - no couples and ordered single beds. Could stay only 1 night + Good value for your money. Unpretentious Hotel at good location off the track, with clean and spacious rooms, adequately equipped. WiFi worked as promised - there is also a computer in lobby with internet access for free use. Morning staff was friendly and... More

The hotel itself was very basic, but clean. The staff, however were extremely rude and nasty, and made my group and myself feel very uncomfortable and unwanted. We arrived very late at night, EXHAUSTED, and most of us just wanted a hot shower before bed. My colleague was given a room with no hot water. When she asked the front... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. In the first room, our beds were a bit poor: a multiplex wooden floorboard with a 7cm mattress on it. The wooden floorboard of one of the beds turned out to be broken. When we reported this to the front desk; we immediately got a better room [no questions asked] with 15cm mattresses on... More
