Location, staff, fantastic breakfast, clean, spacious . We stayed in the suite #310 on the side of the main entrance. The first room they offered us had an air-condition that grated every 2 minutes. There were cobwebs all over the room and the bed was broken. We moved immediately and they upgraded us. Had they not we would have left.... More

Great location five minutes walk from the main square of Wroclaw. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms with electric blinds and beds. Tea and coffee (with biscuits and fudge replenished daily) in the room. Huge wet room with toiletries and hairdryer. Really good breakfast in a stylish breakfast room. Really helpful reception staff - especially the delightful Karolina. The only, and very... More

This hotel was a gem, close to the market square and centre of town, but in a quiet area opposite a large museum. Surroundings may appear a little bleak but once inside the hotel, reception and corridor and stairwell areas are spotless. We had a twin room which was very clean and lots of room for storage etc. bathroom was... More

After moving out of a more expensive and elegant hotel a few blocks away, and having read other reviews, I was expecting a clinical atmosphere and minimal comfort. What a pleasant surprise to be greeted almost like a friend (I had stopped a day ahead to ask a few questions) by a very helpful and intelligent staff. Luckily for me,... More

Basic yet very good value for money. Clean and well equipped with friendly staff. Good location just a short walk from the city centre. Only drawback was that my television did not have any English channels available. I will definitely stay here again.

While staying in Dikul I felt like in hospital which it was some time ago. Sliding doors in the bathroom, old tiles on the floor. There was somebody's hair on the floor... The hotel has no atmosphere. You can spend there one night and that's it. Don't choose this hotel if you want to feel like home or spend your... More

This elegant hotel is bright, clean and spacious with welcoming and accommodating staff. The beds are electric, the courtyard is pretty and the entrance hall grand and impressive. Breakfast was superb, with a huge variety of options to choose from. Above all, the help provided by the reception staff was above and beyond the call of duty- my personal thanks... More

Formerly used to rehabilitate people with various mobility problems the building has been transformed into a bright, modern hotel and a stay here certainly had me leaving relaxed and feeling rehabilitated from my day to day working life. Perhaps some of it's old medicinal properties linger! Location: In a cobbled street opposite the old armoury building. Don't be put off... More

The hotel is located in a dead end and surrounded by not so pretty buildings, so do not expect spectacular views from your hotel room. But do not get discouraged. The hotel itself is entirely modernized and state of the art. Our room was spacious with all amenities you can expect in a downtown hotel. We had a tranquil night,... More

we fount this hotel by accident and it was a great surprise. very modern, high tech hotel. we loved electric curtains :) hotel is located very close to the market square, so you can easly walk in any weather to centre. Dikul customers must be mainly business, but we spent great weekend in Wroclaw. Service is nice and friendly. prices... More
