The hotel was easy to find and close to the tram but in a run down neighbourhood. The room was basic, it had the bare minimum of what we needed for the stay. The breakfast was good with fresh food and a good range. The bathroom had broken tiles and water that was underneath them. We were not told about... More

Basic and a bit tired-looking, but clean and convenient for Old Town (about 15mins walk). Wifi practically non-existent in room (1st floor) and our room faced the road, so it was quite noisy for sleeping with the window open (air con not brilliant). Fine for a stop-over though, and still pretty good value.

We stayed for five nights in this hotel and were very happy with our stay. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. There were tram and bus stops just outside and the Rynek was about a 20 minute walk away. The only criticism was the cleaning of the room was not very good, the shower gel ran... More

this was not a fancy hotel but it was a friendly one. the room was clean and provided with coffee/tea. a good night sleep was all i need and it delivered. also I had a great conversation with the receptionist, a girl with good education and aspiring to see the outside world. i wish her good luck!

Was there for 5 nights. Everething I need was in the hotel room: a comfortable bed, a shower, a silence in the night, a very good breakfast as well as everyday room cleaning. The hotel's restraurant unfortunately not so popular (most probably because of the location) but that one time I were there for a lunch I were positively surprised... More

Only ended up here after using booking.com & booking the Europejski Wrocław Centrum. Unfortunately there was a leak on 1 off the floors so they moved me here. Receptionist was a nice man ordered the taxi which they paid for. Decent hotel- Location is handy I walked into town & it is safe enough around there. Hotel is basic but... More

This hotel is very new, built for the Euro Football event. In the same building there are 2 hotels (same chain) Campanile and Premiere Classe. I also wrote a review on this one in case you are interested. Basically Campanile is suppose to be better quality than Premiere Classe but is also more expensive. I stayed in both and really... More

This is a bad hotel. Too expensive, bad Wi-Fi, bad food, bad beds and personal are not friendly. It’s starts at the beginning: the entrée. The 2 doors are close together and open wrongly. With a big suitcase it’s very difficult to get in!

This has been written many times before, by various visitors: great location, easy access, free parking, free (and sufficiently fast) WIFI, clean rooms, kind and helpful desk (very kind and very outgoing indeed!). In other words, great value for money - certainly hard to compete at... 28EUR per night I happened to pay! Now, there are comic moments too. The... More
