My wife and I stayed at the Mercure for 3 days, and would definately recommend it to others. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good english. The hotel is very modern and clean, with a good restaurant although the choice in the restaurant isn't huge. We didn't opt for breakfast in the hotel as it seemed a bit... more

Nice new hotel of the French Mercure chain, within walking distance from the city center (approx. 5 - 10 minutes). Rooms were clean, no complaints at all. Parking is in the parking garage for the adjacent mall, some spaces are especially reserved for hotel guests and entry is right there (indoor access). Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was good... more

Spent three nights at the Mercure and was impressed with the level of accomodation given the price we paid (£65 per room per night). Rooms were adequate size with separate table and chair area, air conditioned and double glazed and free bottles of water replaced every day. Right next door to a large new shopping mall with eateries in the... more

Stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great. Being in Wroclaw for tourism I thought it was only a short walk to the rynek and near all the sites. Basically I walked everywhere - from the Panorama to the University, etc. The hote has 2 computers in the lobby where you can access the internet - no money required. more

We spent two nights at the Mercure Panorama, and highly recommend it. It is 5 minutes from the Rynek (central square), and is large, modern and clean. We had booked for 2 adults and a child, and had a double bed, with a fold out sofa bed in a reasonably sized room, with large window, with a view to a... more

Just returned from a three night stay at the Mercure Panorama. Arrived at around 2300 hours on a flight from Bournemouth and were given a room on the fourth floor. Huge windows looking out over the church opposite the hotel. The bedroom was perfectly adequate with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. I found breakfast one of the best we... more

Stayed at the Mercure for 4 nights, booking on a company rate with a standard double room. The room was as described, fairly standard but perfectly adequate. The bathroom had no bath, but the shower was very powerful and spacious. No tea or coffee making facilities. Breakfast is the usual mix of cold and hot (scambled & boiled eggs, bacon,... more

Had a long weekend in Wroclaw and stayed in the Mercure. Everything about this hotel impressed me ( but did not eat there, so cannot comment on the food), staff were helpful at both check in and also arranged taxi to the Airport on departure. Rooms are clean, en suite and sizable. Has a sprinkling of tourists, but seems to... more

Hotel Mercure Panorama is only 2 tram stops from the train station Wroclaw Glowny: When you go out of the train station, you should walk to the big street which is in front of the station. Then cross the street, turn to the left and walk to the crossing with the street named Kollataja. Then turn right to Kollataja and... more

Stayed there for four nights at the end of May with some friends. Found the hotel to be very clean and professional with a business like feel, typical of a hotel that would perhaps attract businesses and business people to use their facilities. A great location for exploring Wroclaw being only 5-10 minutes walk from the centre and the staff... more
