Incredibly luxurious hotel, great restaurant, amazing breakfast, beautiful room. Really enjoyed our stay here. It is a little way out of town but very close to the tram stop so easy and cheap to get there.

This hotel is a cheap option to stay overnight in Wroclaw, however, the hotel doesn't meet the advertised 5 star standard. I'd like to point out this was our second stay after 2 years, so what could go wrong? After only 2 years this new hotel is run down: damaged furniture, loud air-condition/heating, dirty spots on the carpet, not properly... More

An enjoyable visit to Wroclaw was capped by a memorable stop at this elegant boutique style hotel on the southerly way out of town. Staff were patient, polite and attentive. We stayed in a large room under the eaves with a view of the distant Sky Tower - extremely comfortable and contemporary. Breakfast was a dream with a great choice... More

Our room was in the new annex - it was brilliant. Lovely big bed with two duvets so no fighting over the duvet. Great shower and plenty of room. The dining room is beautiful - the ceiling in this room was magnificent. Apparently this building was formerly a music school so all the rooms within the main building are just... More

What can I say... An Absolute Fantastic Hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Beautiful Spacious Modern Rooms with ensuite... Spotlessly Clean and Hotel is Decorated and Finished to a very high standard. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. We paid extra for the Half Board and was so impressed in the quality and price, 3 courses for about £11 per person ...! The... More

This hotel was part of a city break package. Our rooms were great, spacious , well appointed and lovely and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I must review the restaurant as we rarely choose to eat an evening meal in a hotel we stay in but after a fantastic city tour we were tired and decided to... More

Very disappointed. In summary, the only positive worth mentioning here is Jaroslav, the supervisor who is a thorough gentleman and very helpful. Otherwise, contributing to the poor experience is: 1. Poor service all around. No smiles or welcomes, no one to help with luggage, limited English language skills, attitude at breakfast when you ask for something etc. 2. Poor spa... More

I booked this hotel because they were offering rooms with King beds and also because I had to leave early in the morning and I wanted to avoid all the traffic jam of the city center. Unfortunately the adventure I have been victim is something that exceeded my worst nightmares. I arrived at the hotel around 11.30pm, exhausted after a... More

I stayed here during a bussiness trip with all of my colleauges. The rooms were large, clean and bright, very posh and trendy. The brekkie was ok and had everything that you might want or need for a breakfast (including herring). We had a very nice evening activity at the hotel where we cooked our food, We had half of... We were visiting Wroclaw for a week for a mixture of business and pleasure and initially booked this hotel for 3 nights and intended to move into the city but loved it and everything about it so much we stayed a week in it!
