just returned from Wroclaw, stayed at Akira , no problems. Areas a bit shabby but seemed perfectly safe & very quiet- no drunks or people hanging about. Staff friendly, breakfast was fine. room was small but clean & comfortable apart from floppy pillow which is a fault i've found in other Central European hotels that charge more.
