Rooms have a state-of-the-art bath where you can take a nice bible bath or just relax while you take a quick shower which is awesome. On the other side, the fact I had to ask them at the front desk to actually clean my room every day is disappointing.

I was back in Wroclaw on business for the last couple of weeks and stayed at the Monopol again because it is minutes from the office. Since my last stay things seem to have deteriorated. The hotel itself is as beautiful and stylish as ever, rooms spacious and bathroom really exceptional but the service and organization is patchy at best.... More

We stayed here during a conference. The hotel is very central and the bar and the huge roof terrace are nice but the rest is terrible. We had a very large room but only one window. No furniture beside the bed exept a small table and one chair. The room was like a cave. The same with the bathroom. Nice... More

I was there on a business trip few weeks ago, the rooms are big and very interesting (design), the food and breakfast is good, and the location as well. The big downside is the lack of parking but there is a private one near.

While this is a beautiful hotel and has great history, the service leaves much to be desired. This hotel is one of the most expensive in Wroclaw but it has one of the worst service staff. I used to live in Wroclaw so I love the city and recently I went back on business but was very disappointed with the... More

Stayed at this hotel for a 10 day business trip. The rooms were large and comfortable with great bathrooms, mine had a rain shower head and a separate jetted great bathtub. Very comfortable and accommodating. Also used the spa and it was very nice, though European and more open than Americans are usually familiar with. :) Restaurant on top floor... More

We stayed for one night and was not disappointed. Our room was large and the ceilings were extremely high. The bathroom was also large with both a large bathtub and a walk-in shower. The staff was very friendly. The bellman even took our luggage up to our room while we went to park our car. It is in close walking... More

Positives: -Good location. -Check-in was easy. -Was able to arrange late check-out without any problem. -Hotel was able to iron one of my shirts immediately after I checked in, before I had to go to office. -Room and hotel generally, were clean. -Wooden floor in the main room and heated marble floor in the bathroom. -Hand-soap in the bathroom smelled... The hotel is not what it seems...pics make it look amazing yet when you get to the detail it is shocking. We had to change rooms 4 times due to various faults. The staff apologised yet didn't give us a better room even though the fourth room still had a faulty shower. This did not get fixed as promised either.... More
