The hotel is about 2 kms from the centre of town but seemed more like 200 kms. There is absolutely nothing close to the hotel. Not a shop, bar or bank, only a filling station.
True the bus stops right outside but no information on timetables, fares etc.
The hotel is also set back from the road with a number of steps to the front door, which is one of those which needs Hercules to pull open and won't stay open whilst you struggle in with your baggage. It is out of sight of reception so no witnesses to see the struggle and therefore nobody offering help.
Strangly enough the hotel does have a disabled lift to help you up the steps, but no lift to the floors once inside.
The rooms are OK with all the normal facilities one would expect in a business class hotel including free plug-in internet access.
A mini-bar is in evidence but unfortunately empty. You may be able to get supplies at the filling station, otherwise a trek into town is in order...
