Spent a weekend with the family skiing in both Karpacz and Janske Lazne, CZ (about 50 min drive from Karpacz) over the mountain. Nothing really to complain about, but like other reviews the hotel and staff are not used to receiving many English speaking guests. The hotel and Karpacz are about 2 hours from Wroclaw by car and it is... More

Good value, quality, confort service and location. The spa area is perfect after a long day's walk in the mountains around the hotel or skiing during the winter. Loads of activities for the children. The usual Mercure quality.

We where very happy with the room, it was clean, big and with a nice forest view. Only problem is that the rooms are not soundproof and you can get disturbed by people walking by outside in the corridor. The location was great, walking distance to the city center and easy to get to with a car( the hotel did... More

We stayed there for four days having wonderful hiking adventures. The hotel isn't brand new, however they restored it very nice. My son (5.) loved swimming pool and play room for kids. Hotel staff really friendly and supportive. SPA area didn't impress us- small sauna, almost cold jacuzzi. Nevertheless we had great and not expensive massages (Tequilla Massage ;] ).... More

Although it was a very short break - stayed for 1 night only - I'm happy with choice. It's a very good value for money (got a very good price with Accor Sales). the hotel is clean, has all the amenities you would need and we had a nice forest view from the room. The stuff was helpful with the... More

We stayed for just over a week after Easter and had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed- tea/coffee, mini bar, hairdryer etc The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, even plying us with free drinks on our wedding anniversary- a nice touch! The breakfasts were sumptuous with a... More

If you plan to stay near Jelenia Gora - it is good idea choose Karpacz local mountinside capital and hotel Mercure Skalny. Prices for booking are very good and the swimming pool is also an extra value. Restaurant located in hotel is also above average. Maybe hotel does not look like mointain chalet, but you can see numers of them... More
