We stayed in the hotel for some days. The first day it seemed as if we were the only guests. The staff at the reception were very friendly. The guy at the bar was very helpful and friendly as well. Although the bar closes around 22h30 where it was mentioned to close at 24h. What spoiled our stay in this... More

Hotel is a typical winter resort, but also good for weekend break away in summer time. Rooms are a bit old, but clean. What i didnt like was old tv in the rooms. Restaurant and bar are just ok, nothing special. Price adequate to what you get.

Very nice hotel with great location. Very kind staff both in Front Office where they can recommend all local attraction and check all you need and Restaurant staff which prepared for us special vegetarian and gluten free meal without any problem and without unnecessary question. Big forest around hotel make him ideal one for people like us who travel with... More

I used to travel quite a lot across the Europe and base mainly on tripadvisor and bookingcom reviews... but this time was a bit disapointing, mainly because staff. First of all, we've been ask to pay in advance (with no choice) what was a bit complicated, as we would like to pay or by cash or from polish account (as... More

Spent a weekend with the family skiing in both Karpacz and Janske Lazne, CZ (about 50 min drive from Karpacz) over the mountain. Nothing really to complain about, but like other reviews the hotel and staff are not used to receiving many English speaking guests. The hotel and Karpacz are about 2 hours from Wroclaw by car and it is... More

Good value, quality, confort service and location. The spa area is perfect after a long day's walk in the mountains around the hotel or skiing during the winter. Loads of activities for the children. The usual Mercure quality.

We where very happy with the room, it was clean, big and with a nice forest view. Only problem is that the rooms are not soundproof and you can get disturbed by people walking by outside in the corridor. The location was great, walking distance to the city center and easy to get to with a car( the hotel did... More

We stayed there for four days having wonderful hiking adventures. The hotel isn't brand new, however they restored it very nice. My son (5.) loved swimming pool and play room for kids. Hotel staff really friendly and supportive. SPA area didn't impress us- small sauna, almost cold jacuzzi. Nevertheless we had great and not expensive massages (Tequilla Massage ;] ).... More
