We have just spent a few days in the Hotel Villa Marilor. It is a very nice hotel with lots of Old world charm The Rooms are large and comfortable, and decorated like the rooms in a country Mansion, However they are in need of a little uplift. There is no Iron in the room, altough I am sure if... More

It was great stay in Zakopane - hotel is located just two minutes walking from Main train and bus station. It is modern villa with great view on mountains. Breakfast choice was alright but dinner menu was great. We were as well in Spa facilities, there are two saunas and small swimming pool with Jacuzzi. My wife and I we... More

The hotel was a nice last minute stay. We had to change our plans at the last moment once arriving in krakow and we choose this hotel. Not a real 5 star hotel but more a 4 one for the staff/breakfast and service offered (spa). The room was more like a 3 stars but still pretty comfy. It was a... More

Traditional building, but comfortable rooms and very nice grounds. The location is very good, close to the bus station and just a few minutes’ walk down the street to the pedestrianised heart of town. The rooms probably vary a bit given the design of the building. There was a low gable roof above the bath in the large bathroom of... More

Villa Marilor is a beautiful hotel located in Zakopane at around 15 minutes walk from the center of the town. There is a parking and a garden around the Villa. The room was nice. It was quiet as well. The bathroom was not very well-equipped : no real shower and old towels but clean. The staff is not very efficient... More

The Hotel is nice in itself although the Star rating is exaggerated. The spa for instance (steam room could barely fit two people in it). Staff were friendly and helpful although having paid over £150 a night to stay here I was expecting more for my money. Having stayed in other smaller Hotel's in Zakapane you could expect the same... A charming old hotel that's been beautifully and tastefully refurbished. The rooms are good but they tried to give us a standard room when we had paid for deluxe. We had to argue with the receptionist to get moved. We were told by another member of staff that they had overbooked the deluxe rooms. So our room allocation was dishonest... More

The hotel itself is lovely, very charming. Rooms however are not great! very badly planned, wardrobe door opens in front of bathroom door. No proper shower, just a head over the bath with a small screen. Nowhere to put toiletries whilst in shower so have to keep bending down to put on the bath. (not good for bad backs!) Pillows... My girl-friend and I spent 1 night there on january 21st on our way to the Tatra mountains. We discovered the place by driving around Zakopane looking for a nice hotel with its own parking facility. The place offers a magnificent Spa with swimming pool, saunas, salt cave etc... absolutely great. The restaurant was excellent, especially the soups on the... More

We purchased a Christmas package to stay in the Marilor Hotel for approximately one week. We previously stayed in Hotel Sabala. We chose this for its spa facilities and to be a bit off the main walking street of Zakopane. Overall, the hotel is very well finished, has nice rooms, the food is fantastic, the pool/sauna area is nice, but... More
