The building is a lovely, large alpine chalet in excellent repair right smack in the middle of town. The street it is on is very crowded, but our room wasn't noisy. The Hotel Sabala is exactly how you would imagine a ski lodge hotel should be - except that you need not ski to get there - it is very conveniently located in the center of Zakopane. 4/5 of may be a bit harsh for this place but I am a hard marker. The place was very good but a bit off perfect. The rooms are very nice but I was a bit disappointed there was no bath in it, the toilet room was certainly big enough. Swimming pool was OK but cold and a bit smelly.... more
