I was very disappointed by this hotel. First, the hotel is quite a distance from both the town centre (2kms) and the bus station (3kms). From the start, I received good customer service here. I emailed to confirm our reseravation and received a reply within 24 hours. Upon check in, the front desk offered to upgrade our room with a better view...for free:-) We have a magnificient view of the mountains! Rooms are well spaced and clean. Great bathroom! For some bizzare reason taxi stop was cancelled in front of the hotel and now the business is done like 30 years ago in Bulgaria.
