Well, usually I write my reviews when I return home. But I couldn´t hold my feelings and I am writing this review while I still am hosted at Mercure Kasprowy Zakopane Hotel ! The place couldn´t be better for a family ski´s lover! Ski in Ski out Hotel, it is located at Tatra Mountains at the border with Slovakia, the... More

Zakopane is a charming ski town in the polish mountain. The Mercure is a large ski hotel. Our room had a fascinating view of the slope which suited us well since we ski vicariously. The mountain views were 20$ a night more. The room itself was median size and very clean. Staff spoke very little English but were helpful. Huge... More

Hotel is right next to the ski slope, offers amazing views on the Tatra mountains. The hotel is huge, staff is friendly, restaurant is good, but do not expect anything fancy. If you want to be in the best location in Zakopane, go for this hotel, if you are looking for luxury or a wooden chalet, look elsewhere.

One of the best place to stay in polish mountains. Great for ski beginners. Swimming pool. Good cousin. Friendly staff. Clean. Fresh mountain air. Kids are welcome. A bit far from Downtown but 2 min walk of Ski Piste. Ski station is right in the hotel.

The best thing about staying at this hotel is the beautiful mountain views in all directions, from any rooms. The hotel itself is a standard tourist hotel with comfortable, but unremarkable, accommodations. Other than the scenery, probably the best thing about staying there is the excellent breakfast buffet, which is indeed superb. The staff is more friendly than those in... More

Very good hotel - in one of the best places in Zakopane. It is not directly central - to reach pedestrian shopping zone - Krupowki street it requires about 10 - 15 mins of walk. But there is no noise of restaurants, shops, markets as in the city centre, nevertheless, the hotel provides own "mini bus" service running every hour,... More

We spent three nights there in August....The rooms were a bit small but clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and there was a huge variety at breakfast buffet. The location of the hotel is great because you are not in the city centre which is too busy and noisy but neither too far away...it... More

We decided to come back to Mercure Kasprowy Zakopane after last year's perfect holidays and the hotel proved its quality again. Two merged rooms were just ideal for 2+2 family. Enough space, comfortable beds, fridge and flat screen in each room ( public offer + canal+ programs ) and .... finally w-fi easily accessible on each floor ( with Ethernet... More

A clean, basic hotel with nice pool and gym/sauna/fitness suite. We were here at high summer for walking and exploring the area. This hotel is a bit of a walk from the centre of Zakopane however so dont expect much less than a 20-30min walk into town, there is a shuttle bus however. Rooms basic but clean and beds a... More
