Stayed total of four days. I imagine it was built in the Soviet era as its the biggest hotel in town with the best views. By now it needs air-conditioning for the hot summers. Good wide choice for breakfast, bit less so for other meals but adequate. I liked the big indoor swimming pool and there are plenty of gym... More

Front desk service was adequate but not stellar, the rooms are small, the prices are not particularly low but not unreasonable and the towels are absolutely atrocious. There aren't many choices in Zakopane and they seem to rely on that. The mountain view rooms cost a little extra but are worth it. Oddly enough, the most helpful staff member we... More

We stayed at the Mercure just one night in our Trip in Poland (August 2015). The hotel is at the top of Zakopane facing the beautiful Tatra Mounts. There is a balcony where have a drink watching a stunning panorama of these wonderful mountains. The room was big and the bathroom too but in some part has to be refurbished.... More

me and my husband were celebrating our honeymoon, staff was very friendly, they really looked after us- things like bottle of chamanage, bowl of fresh fruits, welcome personal letter from reception etc was very nice. the view from our balcony was just amazing. Breakfast was very nice, a lot to choose from. Thanks a lot for everything :)

This is our fourth time in this hotel but for this time we were very disappointed. Seems the standards goes down, making my mind to search for an other hotel next time. We all love Poland and specially Zakopane for it's wonderful landscapes, good foods, moderate prices and friendly people but the experience with this hotel was terrible for this... More

Stayed in this property before and realized that year by year standard goes down. No tea/coffee on the arrival, bed sheets were dirty, notepad left with only one page to write on, no envelopes, only one page of writing paper provided and conditions of it was a disgrace- better to do not leave anything. Carpet not hovered, dust on all... More

The outside pool advertised on hotel's website doesn't belong to hotel and you have to pay extra each day to use it! car park 35zl per day ...breakfast charge is different depends who you speak to at reception. Reception staff are very rude and unhelpful. when we arrived our bath was blocked so we had to wait for someone to... More

The view from my balcony was just AMAZING and was the only positive aspect about this Mercure hotel. This massive, very well situated hotel, is in dangerous need of a lot of maintenance, care, love, training and upgrade$. I disliked: - the fact that i trust the Mercure brand to deliver (anywhere in the world) a distinct, unique, upper-class environment... More

The hotel has a nice and very silent location in the valley between Tatry and Gubalowka mountains. If you come here in winter there is a ski lift in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel is quiet, the room (superior) had a view to Gubalowka and sapcious, The breakfast is rich and good. We had coffee maker and daily... More

We booked this hotel to relax with our kids after some hectic days of touring around. On every booking website you will find "outside swimmingpool" mentioned as one of the facilities and upon arrival it also had a big picture of the hotel with this pool in front in the lobby. Very suprised to find out the next morning that... More
