Having stayed at this hotel on a previous trip , I have returned to enjoy the comforts and facilities of this outstanding hotel, on arrival you are checked in and may have to wait for your rooms as they may not be ready on arrival they are well presented on arrival and it seems that only the best will do,... This hotel on arrival is very impressive but after a day or two you star seeing the cracks. We re-paid through a wel know booking agent before we went on holiday for 1 room for 2 adults and 1 child with breakfast for a week. When arriving in the room we had to complain about my daughter concrete slab called... More

The hotel is very nice. It is warm and comfortable and convenient for the slopes. The skiing is for beginners and families. We have stayed in the hotel for 8 years and had a good time. The problem is the front desk staff. We had asked by email for a transfer by the hotel bus from the airport to the... More

Stayed February half-term 2015, family of four. The good: Ideal location for first family skiing holiday. We checked in shortly before 3pm and my children (5 and 7) were kitted out and having their first ever lesson from English speaking instructors at 4pm. Perfect mountain for beginners. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and everything was clean and fresh.... More

We travelled here with an English company called Sunshine World. They chose the hotel, and it is indeed a nice hotel. The facilities are very good, with a nice pool and a reasonable gym (though a couple of the cardiovascular machines were not actually working). The restaurant was fine - we ate there a couple of times - though a... More

Zakopane is a charming ski town in the polish mountain. The Mercure is a large ski hotel. Our room had a fascinating view of the slope which suited us well since we ski vicariously. The mountain views were 20$ a night more. The room itself was median size and very clean. Staff spoke very little English but were helpful. Huge... More

Hotel is right next to the ski slope, offers amazing views on the Tatra mountains. The hotel is huge, staff is friendly, restaurant is good, but do not expect anything fancy. If you want to be in the best location in Zakopane, go for this hotel, if you are looking for luxury or a wooden chalet, look elsewhere.

One of the best place to stay in polish mountains. Great for ski beginners. Swimming pool. Good cousin. Friendly staff. Clean. Fresh mountain air. Kids are welcome. A bit far from Downtown but 2 min walk of Ski Piste. Ski station is right in the hotel.
