A central Zakopane hotel with very clean rooms. A large breakfast buffet served daily. Good options of day trips available via the hotel but having details of this on the website would be helpful to know how much time to spend in Zakopane before booking. The receptionists were helpful about local attractions but possibly due to language, it wasn't made... More

Stayed for a week as part of a group walking group holiday-spacious clean bathroom, plenty of towels, bathroom cleaned every day, water hot except for one evening when there had been a problem in geo thermal supply . The room was a touch on the small size but having a balcony to sit out on made a difference. Breakfast -good... More

The hotel is well situated, back from the road at the top end of Krupowki Street, and only 15 minutes walk to the funicular. I say 15 minutes but this is if you do not stop at any of the many and varied shops, bars or market stalls along the way. The hotel has a large dining hall with a... More

A great location - 5mins walk from the main shopping areas of Zakopane. We had a spacious triple room for 2 of us with a balcony (3 single beds) looking up to the wonderful Tatras mountains & over the lovely gardens outside the hotel. The rooms were clean & comfortable. A slight panic on arrival at the lack of hairdryer... More

Well placed, away from the noisy holidaymakers but an easy walk to the centre of action. Rooms comfortable and reasonably spacious, and an inexpensive restaurant with attentive service. For us, it was well up to 3 star standards, though "extras" in the rooms, such as air conditioning, minibar and tea making equipment were lacking.

Decided to stay here for our honeymoon in Zakopane when the available 4 star hotels were priced much higher. They say this is a 3 star hotel but does not feel like it at all. When my wife and I checked into our room there was no refrigerator, which isn't a huge deal but we had left over food and... More

I was looking for a hotel not in the real center (might be loud at night) but not too far from the enter. I ended up in Hotel Wersal and got a very nice room at second floor (auf Deutsch: im 1. Stock) with a big balcony. The room was very clean and made every day; at the writing desk... More

Very average hotel. Though the room was good, rather big, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep, it was very hot in the room. We had to keep window opened all the time though it was winter outside. As for wifi - in our room it was excellent, but in the room of our friends it was very very... More

So the hotel isn't amazing - comfortable, convenient and great balcony - but it was the service that was remarkable. The woman tending bar poured me a glass of wine even though they had just closed. And the front desk called our Polish family to confirm plans since we don't speak English. My enthusiastic cousin had the clerk on the... More

This really was the worst hotel we got in poland (we had 14 hotels in almost every corner of poland). We asked for 2 separate beds and we didn't get it, it has to be aranged. We needed wifi for several reasons and they said it worked good but there was no or bad wifi, we had to sit in... More
