We stayed here for 4 nights while my husband was on business in Cracow. The service was excellent, people were friendly and very happy to help. It was one of the quietest apartments we have stayed in. We had a one bed Kings apartment and the apartment had everything that you needed. The bed was one of the best hotel/apartment... More

We stayed 1 week at the Bonerowski Palace and while everything was perfect for the first few days, cracks started to appear later on in the holiday. The Good: - The location is perfect. However, the main square is huge so there are many hotels with the same location. - Room decor, beautifully designed. The Bad: - More than half... More

Dear Guests, Thank you for the opinion about your stay at The Bonerowski Palace. I would like to explain that your reservation was made for the Executive Suite and room103 where you stayed has exact room interior as Executive Suite. Personally, with the advise of the General Manager as the refund for you, tree times I proposed the transfer to... More

This hotel really set the tone for our holiday in Eastern Europe. The location superb, right in the centre of the magnificent town square close to all amenities and sights in the city. The hotel is incredibly quiet with big and clean rooms with all required facilities. Breakfast room and restaurant are special although quite pricey when compared to similar... More

The Bonerowski Palace is a beautiful boutique hotel in the perfect location to the market square, shopping, the castle and many other historical sites. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are incredibly large. There are a few drawbacks - The bed was very hard but we may be more conscious of it because we are from the USA and... More

I had choosen this palace to be in the ideal place and enjoy my brother's wedding. Instead of that I have been stolen because their doors can be opened with a screwdriver and spent a half day at the police station. I spent the rest of my travel worried about the security of my stuff. Today, I have never been... More

This boutique hotel is a gem. A touch of elegance around every corner, but a warm feeling at the same time. The location is an A+. The breakfast room a jewel. My room was HUGE, with a large sitting room, large bedroom and good size bathroom for a European hotel - more like a junior suite than a regular room.... More

First, it is right on the square. If you don't stay right on the square you are missing much of what is beautiful about Krakow. The rooms were beautifully appointed and despite the small number of rooms, they provided the service of a five star hotel. The suite on the square was incredible and work splurging for. We were traveling... More

If looks were everything in a five star hotel this would get five star. Impressive entrance lovely decor, massive chandelier creates the ambiance. The room continues the theme, with a proper suite. Lovely fitting and powerful air con. However it quickly falls apart. The chairs look lovely but are uncomfortable, as is the bed. This looks grand but is nothing... More
