Travelled to Krakow in April and was extremely happy with our choice of accommodation. Jordan's is literally a 2 minute walk from the Barbican entrance to the Old City. The room was adequate for our stay despite having skylights but no windows. Breakfast is served in what used to be the library room with the choice and quality of food... More

Arrived here very early and could leave bags, staff were very friendly and we told them we were leaving super early on our last day so they made us up a breakfast hamper which was great for our journey to Budapest. The room was huge with a sofa and good sized bathroom, really good location close to the centre and... More

Hotel was average at its best. I decided to book this hotel due to the good reviews it had gotten. I was also amazed by the low rate. The rooms are nothing as in the hotel's website, in my opinion. The first room I had had carpet floor which looked extreamely messy (there was also a burn mark from an... More

Jordan Guest Rooms is perfectly situated in Kraków as it is hidden away from all the commotion of the town square, however, it is a short walking distance to the town square, which is filled with beautiful restaurants and cafés. The rooms are extremely hygienic, including the bathrooms and the hotels staff are nothing but helpful. Enjoyable stay.

Recently returned from 4 nights at this hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, room was small but very clean, and contained everything you need ie fan, safe, hair dryer. Bed was comfortable (maybe they have changed mattresses). Breakfast was continental with fresh bread, meats and cheeses, they also varied it with different types of sausages etc. Location is excellent, five... More

The hotel was drab, but kind of ok in most ways. It was a decent location and clean enough. However.... the bed mattress was so bad springy, and worn out that I slept on the floor. Everything else gets an average 3 out of 5, but if the bed is bad enough to leave you sleeping on the floor, then... More

100% recommend this hotel! Perfect location, rooms, staff, travel services, atmosphere, everything! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because we had a problem with the toilet where it wouldn't flush, this was quickly resolved however. Breakfast was very good(breads, meats, pastries) as well as foods such as cereals and biscuits for younger guests. I would definitely stay... More

Stayed here for two nights. Excellent location! Easy walk to train station and Old Town. Rooms are surprisingly large for Europe. Staff was friendly and they helped us book tours of Auschwitz and the historic salt mine. Did not have breakfast here but it is offered. We breakfasted instead at a dandy coffee and pastry shop around the corner.
