This hotel is located about a five minute walk from the city center. We arrived by car and had no problem parking it on the street right next to the hotel. However, the hotel is right next to the railway with trains passing all night and you could feel the vibrations through the bed (and hear the sound!). I was... More

Not too happy about this hotel. Gave us two beds instead of a double one. One of the beds had dirty sheets and a plastic cover under that were really annoying and disgusting. There were hair in the shower and were in general a dirty hotel. We didn't even bother to eat the breakfast and the staff weren't too friendly.... More

This hotel really is a mixed bag of pros and cons. It's in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to the train station if you are robust - we were each laden with heavy rolling suitcases and two "carry on" bags and found the 3-4 block trek easy. And . . . Like everybody else is saying . . .... More

WARNING! I want to warn prospective clients that this hotel does not take THEFTHS seriously - someone, possibly in the staff, took a silk night gown, hidden under the pillow, from my room. When alerted the person at the front desk did nothing, but letting me search the wash bin, to sort this out. It happened when I changed rooms... More

The location has both its good and bad points. It's near the Old Town and also near the train station. That also means you can hear and feel the trains passing by, but the trains do stop running after a certain time at night. When we were there, all the footpaths in the area were under construction, which caused great... More

This is a very average hotel in a good location in Krakow except for the trains. Most rooms face the train tracks and my room vibrated when the trains went by. I really cannot recommend this hotel. They also had booked a large group of teenagers who ran through the hallways screaming.

Great location and a very reasonable price.. Hotel itself is about 5 min walk from town centre and main shopping centre, it is basic but very clean, well looked after, the rooms are a decent size and bathrooms are fairly modern but small. the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice but is only continental so no full english, but... I stayed in the hotel whilst visiting Krakow for a business meeting. Reception staff were very helpful, breakfast provided me with a good choice of options and was freshly produced, room was well provided, including faciities for hot drinks, and hotel maintained a good standard of cleanliness.

A good location, just 10 mins walk from old town. 4 min walk to large shopping centre. Hotel clean and comfortable. Rooms a good standard. Continental buffet breakfast served. Lots of choice and plenty to eat. Friendly staff. Only downside is that is is right next to railway line. Ask for rooms facing away from line and higher floors were... More
