Wonderful small hotel in Krakow. Dont be fooled by the map, it looks well away from the centre but it is only a 10 minute amble to the old town. I have stayed at the Columbus in 2008 and 2009 and the standards and quality haven't changed at all. The rooms are excellent, with large comfortable beds, superb showers and bathrooms, and air-conditioning. Rooms at the front do suffer from some noise from passing trams. I booked this hotel based on reviews from other travellers. It did not disappoint. Located in the old Jewish district of Kazimierz just steps away from a good range of restaurants and about 15 minutes walk from the centre/ market square.
