Such a wonderful apartment- especially when we were just expecting a shabby hostel! It was so luxury! Although it was a bit tricky to find as was away from the check-in area it was well worth it. Be careful with booking as we thought it was just for four but actually slept 6- could've saved money by just booking one... More

This was my first stay in a hostel and I have to say I was very impressed, so much so that I am now a convert! I was looking for cheaper accommodation but still wanted some privacy, so I opted for a single room with a private bathroom. I was given a twin room which was spacious and basic, but... More

First mother-daughter trip to Poland; a wonderful place to stay! Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We slept well , woke to cooing of doves and the sound of church bells, and enjoyed a generous breakfast each day. Close to many activities but quiet in the evening, and very easy access to the town centre by walking or public transpot.... More

We stayed in apartment 22, 8 Wietora. The apartment has been modernised, the kitchen is well appointed, there are cleaning materials, good wi-fi and a large screen tv. The bedroom is upstairs in a loft area and is very low with steep stairs leading up to it. We could not sleep up there so we used the pull out bed... More

Room much more spacious than other hostel I've stayed in. We were in the movie corridor which had 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms so although sharing bathrooms, didn't have to queue at all. Breakfast was very nice, different cereals and breads with jams and tea/ coffee and juice. Was a good location for exploring the Jewish area of Krakow and... More

The private apartment was very clean and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The washing machine was a bonus and the bath was a luxury. A nice quiet patio was under utilised by me but is a nice tranquil setting. Only comment would be the bed wasn't comfortable (too hard) and the air-con didn't seem to work. Staff were knowledgable... Homely, quiet, friendly, great location and brilliant breakfasts make this place an absolute gem. Its surrounded by great local restaurants you wouldnt find in the center so make sure you take notice of their recommendations. Plus supermarkets and bakeries are just up the road so if you fancy making a picnic its really handy too. The staff were so friendly... More

A friend and I stayed here for three nights in July and loved it. It is located on a quiet street in the Kazimierz district which is an area which is experiencing alot of development. Some great restaurants were located in a 5-10 min walk from the hotel. The staff is very helpful and accomdating and gave us extra blankets... More

I've been five times to Krakow, I've stayed in different places and this is the one I like the most so far. It's not a luxury place and it functions both as hostel and hotel but I was really satisfied. First of all, the members of the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The place, its common areas (there... More

Kraków is a city I've visited often and part of the charm is where one stays. I'm not a person of means so a well kept hostel suits me. Secret Garden is a clean, airy, hostel that suits students along with more mature travelers. It's located about 22 minutes walk from town center. It's near the river, the castle, and... More
