Stayed here for 3 nights. The receptionists were extremely helpful (they even upgraded us free of charge due to a large group of students booking in, and thought we would prefer an apartment) Was clean, and central for everything including the Jewish quarter, the main square and only 20-30 mins from the airport. Great value for money and helpful staff.... More

Great value for money, went there for a one night stay, was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Beds slightly uncomfortable but hey, its a hostel after-all. Nice decor for rooms and hostel in general.

Third review and revisit in this hostel (within 1,5 years). This time my situation was a little bit odd/different. Went on a X-mas holiday (Wroclaw/Krakow) with my mom (83 years of age) but she is still pretty mobile without the extra gear. So i went for a room with 2 beds separate. Stayed in room 24 (solo i was in... More

Very clean, very colourful, lovely people working there (so nice and willing to give us direction of help or anything we wanted), the breakfast was simple but good, the rooms were small but sweet-looking with flower paintings on the wall. There was a play room with sofas and computers that were free to use and also free WiFi. For the... More

Thank you to all the staff who were exceptionally competent, polite and helpful, allowing me to use their computer, and make a local phone call without charge, We arrived without a confirmed reservation and they kindly gave us a room for 5 persons without having to share. The facilities included a tv lounge with computers, free internet (wifi) in every... More

This place is pretty great. Everyone was nice and the breakfast was on the better scale as well which was great! I was in a single room with private bathroom and it was yes, a little old-ish, and a little oddly shaped, but I couldn't care less. The only bit annoying thing was that my room was in an area... I arrived in a foggy dark Krakow. Easy to find from Glowny if you have a map. A good 25 minute stroll. I was greeted by a lovely young lady who spoke better English than I do. She had upgraded me to an apartment just down the street (which would have been easy to find if I hadn't have just... More

This place definitely feels like a hostel and not a hotel, but it is a VERY nice hostel--probably the nicest hostel I've every stayed in. There is someone at reception 24 hours a day, and most of the receptionists are very helpful. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. There are two computers avaialble for guests, and various kinds of... More

My single room called Rainforest was really spacious and nice, even though you find dumpsters when you look down at the window. The only down side was the bathroom floor; it was very wet all the time as there was no bath mat. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere inside the hostel was very calm; no party kids at...
