Our 4 night stay at this hotel between 4 -8 July was a present from our children for my wife's 60th birthday and they couldn't have chosen anything better. In addition there was a surprise in store for us because on the Saturday evening it was the end of the Jewish Festival which culminates in a concert of traditional music... more

The hotel itself is beautyful, comfortable rooms, nice place. Unfortunately there is a music club next to the hotel and the music so loud, that it is impossible to sleep. When I complained I was told, that the polish police can't do anything against it. I had two almoust sleepless nights. more

We booked a 3 night stay at this hotel having looked at previous reviews on trip advisor. We were certainly not disappointed. The hotel is very well situated in a nice quiet convenient location - a pretty cobbled street/square with nice restaurants either side and within easy walk to lively bars & clubs. The hotel was spotlessly clean, including our... more

We have just stayed four nights at the Rubinstein Hotel. Friendly, polite staff. Excellent food. Superb rooms, which were beautifully furnished and kept spotlessly clean. We would have liked to have had tea and coffee making facilties in our room, as stated on website, but there was none.Although,it could be ordered from room service at an extra cost. Breakfast was... more

My partner and I were drawn to the Rubinstein Hotel because of its "history" when we were deciding where to stay on our recent visit to Krakow. We were not disappointed .This is a wonderful boutique hotel and really deserves its Recommendation by Michelin 2008 . The Concierge took charge of our luggage as soon as we alighted from the... more

Stayed here for four nights in April. We were a party of three, so we stayed in a double room with a rollaway bed. Room was great and staff were very friendly. Location is good, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, with the main attractions about ten minutes walk away. The hotel had the best breakfast I've ever had... more

Stayed at the Hotel Rubinstein for 4 nights in May. We booked through Expedia and got 4 nights for the price of 3. The hotel is located in the old Jewish district of Kazimierz about 1km from the old town. We were allocated room 502 on the top floor which consisted of a large living area with shower room and... more

This is one of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed in. It was love at first sight!!! It is situated in the Jewish quarter and has been extensively refurbished with an excellent restaurant and also a pavement cafe which looks over the lovely square. Check in was speedy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was... more

Modern boutique hotel in an old building on the square in historic Jewish quarter.Rooms well furnished and clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Buffet breakfast with hot food more than adequate. Hotel located perfectly, lots of bars and a broad variety of small restaurants within a stones throw as well as an easy walk into the city centre. We chose... more

Lovely hotel bedrooms very good clean and a good size. Situated in the Jewish quarter off Krakow, good selection of eating places. Krakow is a lovely city and had a nice weekend. The only down side to the hotel was the poor service at breakfast time more
