This is a small, well-heated hotel in a quiet square (could be very different in summer!) about 15/20 minutes' walk from the famous Market Square and Wawel Castle. With one exception, all members of staff were friendly, attentive and efficient and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean Breakfast was plentiful and there was a great variety of both... Hotel is ideally situated in a lovely square and just oozes caracter. The room was very nice, (deluxe room 302) overlooking the square, warm and clean, nice bathroom witH shower gel in the shower and hand basin. Only down side for us was no tea and coffee facility, but wouldn't stop us re booking another stay. Bar and restaurant is very... More

Hotel Rubinstein is a great little find. A beautiful historical building, lovely helpful staff, comfortable facilities, in a great location and fantastic value for money. I really could not recommend this place enough

We had stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with 2 our children in a triple room and we really enjoyed staying in this hotel. the room was quite big and very clean, the stuff was very nice and helped with all our requests. The restaurant was small but very lovely designed and the breakfast was really nice, even though... More

I've been staying 3 days at Rubinstein, the overall hotel offers really nice accommodation, really near the center and castle ( 15 minutes walk at normal peace). Pluses and minuses: + Breakfast - big tasty variety of food, not much to say about it, was perfect! - Room - even if it was clean, the minus here is due to... More

very nice hotel in a fantastic location - in a square in the Jewish quarter. bedroom & bathroom excellent and breakfast was also good. cons: some drilling work beside our bedroom saturday & sunday. reception service patchy, took them an age to process our bill and also didn't come back to my wife about massage appointment. leaving the above aside,... Stayed this December for a week. Position great, room large and comfortable, staff always helpful, particularly the young man on Reception who leaves at the end of the year and will be missed. I've stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times and it remains a firm favourite. Perhaps the few small negatives need a mention and for me they... More

This hotel is situated in a square in the Jewish quarter of Krakow. The old city is about 15 minutes away on foot. The square is full of restaurants and bars - fantastic place. The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms were large and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was continental style and had a fantastic array of... More

- good location (Kazimierz, close to Miodowa tram stop) BUT if you stay in a room with windows facing the main street you won't leave them open as the level of noise is to high. - good breakfast with very professional service BUT I think they should hire one more person as it can be difficult for one to serve... The Hotel Rubinstein is a chic bohemian hotel situated within a square in the Jewish Quarter of Krakow. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean, continental breakfasts are excellent (buffet style) and the staff are both pleasant and attentive. The quality of food served in the Restaurant is wonderful and the price compares favourably with what you would pay in... More
