This hotel was booked by a friend for a quick weekend stop as we wanted to visit Auschwitz. On arrival the hotel apologised as they couldn't provide all the rooms booked due to an 'accident' at the hotel. However, they offered the choice of an upgraded room to one of our party or an alternative stay at a neighbouring hotel... More

We stayed I this small hotel in the centre of the Jewish district in Kracow. The rooms have lovely bathrooms and charming furnishings in the rooms. There is a spectacular view from the rooftop of the city. The breakfast was outstanding and had a wonderful choice of items to enjoy. The cafe and restaurant is wonderful and there was a... More

The rooms are a bit tired at the Rubinstein, yet have some old world charm. There was some metallic, pipe sound that woke me up a few times. However, these minor unpleasant qualities were more than offset by an uncommonly friendly staff. One lady at the front desk was more like a teacher, helping me refine my Polish accent. One... More

We stayed in room 205 which is situated at the end of the building. Very clean, very comfortable and we weren't particularly troubled by the trams' noise. Very nice location with plenty to see within walking distance. The only downside was the very poor aircon.....room was extremely hot so sleep was difficult. A couple of plug-points would have been nice... More

In the old Jewish area of Krakow, good small hotel, nice rooms, great staff and service. walking distance fro all the attraction of this old an beautiful town. the price is not on the low side but from the "value for money" point of view, to my opinion' it worth every penny.

Great small hotel in Kazimierz, with decent distance to many attractions. The surroundings of the hotel are lovely, especially during summer, as there are lots of pleasant restaurants and terraces just outside the hotel, their own restaurant being one of the best. We had booked a deluxe room, but were upgraded to a suite which must have been 50m2 with... More

The room was large with comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast. The location is nice in the Jewish quarters. The restaurant served good food. The only complaint we had was the poorly working aircondition. The hop on/hop off bus stop is one block away. Walking distance to Old town is 15-20 minutes.

We had a great meal her last night. My wife had cod on on strawberries and pea puree. Delicious and unusual. I had a fillet steak which was very tender and perfectly cooked. My vegetables were exceptionally good. Great attentive service also and great desserts. The only slight problem was that it became a little chilly and the restaurants on... More

This hotel is in Kazimierz which is the Jewish area of Krakow.and so very historic. There is a synagogue museum that you can look around very close by and many restaurants and bars.within easy walking distance. We enjoyed our stay there. Although the building itself is obviously very old it had been well converted and there is a lift. It... More

Hotel Rubinstein is a small lovely hotel in the middle of the Jewish quarter in Kraków. The hotel offers very good and friendly service, tastefully furnished rooms with comfort beds, new marble bathrooms and a nice roof terrace overlooking Kraków. The breakfast is really good with a wide variety of choices, sausages, fruits, vegetables, salmon, eggs... The best is the... More
