not far from the old square, but far enough away, about 150yrds , it has only about 11 rooms, so the staff have lots of time to help, with trips ,locations to visit, and where not to. food is very good, they will cook any combination off the breakfast menu, Rooms clean and comfy. all in all the best trip

This hotel is such good value; comfortable bed and lots of hot water. The room was spacious and the bathroom large and well appointed. Only criticism..each morning when we ordered a hot breakfast,it took 25 minutes to arrive!

We stayed for 3 nights on a half board basis the hotel was a few minutes walk from main square and attractions. Room was on first floor and although little dated was very clean and fitted in with the character of the hotel. The staff where really polite and friendly. Good choice for breakfast although not always cooked to our... More

Stayed for 7 nights, very comfortable room, lovely shower, good variety for breakfast, evening meals excellent. Staff brilliant, very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location for the square, trips, and short walk to river and Castle. plenty of local shops but not too far from new shopping centre, bus and train station.. Hope to stay again... More

We stayed in room number 20 which was on the 2nd floor. The room was comfortable and adequate for a 3 night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with cereals, breads, yoghurts, fruit, cooked breakfast or fish. The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk from the main square in Krakow. We would... More

This small hotel was an ideal location for participants at an academic conference. It is in the historic centre, but seven minutes by foot from the conference site. There is no lift so you may have to struggle up the stairs with your luggage. My room was large and quiet with a bathroom with tub and shower. The breakfast menu... More

We stayed there for a weekend with our son. He had a single room on 3th floor (no elevators, but he's young) - that room was tiny, but ok. We first were assigned room 24. That was quite a shock. Long, dark, separate beds, ugly and smelly from the kitchen. We changed to room 15 - better but noisy -... More

The staff here could not have been friendlier or more helpful -- from the front desk people to the folks in the restaurant. They made us feel very welcome. The biggest drawback is the fact that they do not have a lift, and we were on the 3rd floor. Also, our room had windows, but they were too high to... More

Literally 5 minutes walk from the Market square, this hotel served its purpose. Paid 30 EUR per night in a triple room, which was very very big. Included bathroom, toiletries, breakfast. The breakfast in particular was satisfactory since you have this small buffet and in addition you can order one hot meal breakfast, choosing through a quite big range of... More

This place is incredible. I was greatly disappointed to find out my hostel’s “breakfast included” was nothing but instant coffee and store-bought, sliced bread with jelly that was who knows how old, so when I set out to find a good breakfast place, this looked like just the thing! I got coffee (which I think was real, brewed coffee!) the... More
