On the positive side the room was large and very reasonable and breakfast was provided, bathroom was very modern and the apartment was well situated. Staff spoke very good English and were friendly, helpful and accommodating. When we visited there were major renovations going on in the stairwell which meant we had to take the lift which seemed to take a... More

Location is ideal for getting to the main square etc... There is nothing luxury about this hotel, it definitely falls under the budget option but I had no issues with cleanliness or service. If I had to give one bit of advice, it would be to avoid a room near the door that gives you entry to the floor your... More

We were here from 25- 29.10.15, excellent venue for being near the city centre. Agree with points below about awful bed covers but sheets were very clean and clean towels all week. The bathroom was spotless and the continental breakfast was plentiful. It was a double room which meant we had two single beds. Free wifi which works good so... More

Arrived Sunday and found an easy journey on the train from the airport, hotel is 2 min walk from Planty park and old town, huge room, lovely staff, awful 70's bedcovers, but perfect for our budget trip, Kraków is excellent, would recommend ☺️

It is easy to find, only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Room was clean and actually larger than I expected. When I booked it claimed that there was 'designer toiletries' - there was two small soaps and two sachets of shampoo - not designer by any stretch. The breakfast is buffet style and tasty and plenty of... More

The hotel has a great location near the central station an just a few blocks from the krakow old town. The room was small but enough for two persons, it was clean and bathroom was ok, despite the shower that was pretty small. Just one problem is that rooms are a little noise since they are wood made.

We were here for 2 nights on a whistle stop tour of Krakow. We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was good. It was buffet style and plenty of it. The rooms were comfortable and large. The shower is hot and powerful. My only criticism was the smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor areas. Apart from that we... More

The Kosmopolita is budget accommodation in a good location. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station, the main square and the castle. The rooms are basic, clean and have modern bathroom facilities. Breakfast is provided, it is simple but adequate. The staff were very helpful and friendly, booked tours, spoke good English. Only downfalls were the thin... More

This hotel is quite a basic hotel but the location is very good, just ten minutes walk from the main square as well as a few minutes walk from a HUGE shopping centre. The rooms are what you would expect for a budget hotel but the value is very good. What sets this hotel apart though is the friendliness and... More

The guest house Kosmopolita is situated in an old tenant house at 29 Dluga street in the heart of Old Cracow. It is a short walk from the railway station and historical attractions of Cracow: Main Market Square, the historical trade pavilions of the Cloth Hall and The Wawel Castle. The main Market square is believed to be the largest... More
