The location of this hotel is ideal for the Old Town if you need to get to the train station - no more than 10 mins to each. Spacious double room with a large bathroom and fabulous shower. Breakfast is tasty and served across the road in the Yarden Hotel. Point to make that the Abella reception is in the... More

The location to this place is about a 10min walk from the train station and about the same of the old town sites. It's an easy 10 min because there are no hills or anything like that. The apartment was huge that we stayed in and had a nice sized shower, kitchen, table, tv, and double bed. There was free... More

This apartment style hotel room was great! Location is key, with just about a 7 minute walk to the centre of Krakow. Wonderful service, clean rooms and amazing location! The breakfast we got was more then enough for the 3 of us staying in the room, great selection. The price was just right for our budget, not expensive at all.... More

Highly recommend this apartment style hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, tv is equipt with a variety of channels and staff is friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in an ideal location, situated just a stones throw from the centre square and a variety of nightlife venues. Breakfast was great! Not a hot meal but was plentiful and brought right to... As an intrepid traveller who has visited Krakow many times, I have always found a home away from home at Abella. Several years ago on my own, years later with my partner and again recently with my now husband and two-year-old daughter. Family-run, this place is genuine and the staff very helpful and friendly. Speaking fluent English and Polish, husband... More

Right from booking our hotel we were in contact with staff to arrange our arrival time. Upon arrival we were given a choice of rooms both of which were very spacious and would comfortably fit a family of 4. I must say that the rooms were impecably clean including the bathroom. The shower facilities were also great as seemed to... More

Abella is located walkable distance from the city center. Actually we felt that the castle, city center, the lake, the park, the mall, bus stop, train stop and the Jewish area were all in a walkable distance. On the whole Abella is worth it you are the type of traveller who does not like the fancy frills of a hotel. It's... More

Pluses are - nice location - not in the center, but you can get there in 10 walking minutes or take a tram that stops just under the hotel. Very nice rooms, very big and comfortable beds and nice staff. Doesn't have a kitchen, but has a shared refrigeration and each room has a cattle, so that's very nice if... More

This trip, I was travelling with family and looking for something nicer than basic; Abella hit the mark in terms of cleanliness, price, and location, but not more than that. There was definitely room for improvement. The person behind the desk when we arrived gave us information that was consistently wrong about times and prices for tours. The internet was... More

We took our trip from 17th May - 21st May 2012 and had two adjoining rooms on the first floor. The place was great. Clean, spacious and close to the city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the price was very reasonable. I'd certainly use them again.
