Have just returned from 3 nights at the lovely Poleski Hotel. The view from our room (17) was stunning - straight across the river to the Wawel Castle. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful (and all spoke wonderful English) . The rooms were spacious and slightly dated but beds were very... More

I visited hotel Poleski first time. Room No. 9 was fine but bed, pillow and bed sheets was terrible. I didnt sleep well. Smell from the hotel kitchen was digusting. I was really sad, because hotel has a good location, great wawel and river view, nice breakfast and summer terrace on the top......

The hotel is 2 min away from Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and overlooking Wawel Hill and Castle. The view is stunning all year around. Decent restaurant serving hearty breakfast! The bar could be a bit more fancy considering the amazing location and vista. Very pleased with my stay.

Initially I was a bit disappointed as although very clean, stains on the carpets do not give a great impression. The rooms are big and the bathrooms fabulous. They looked recently refurbished so I hope they replace the carpets next. As it us advertised as a budget hotel there are no hairdryers or coffee/tea facilities - no big problem. We... More

We stayed here Mon - Fri and you really can't beat it for the price, view and close proximity to the Old Town. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was big enough, beds were comfy (I slept like the dead) and bathroom was clean and big. Fridge was ideal for keeping drinks in and we had bottled... More

Almost perfect hotel. We were 3 in one deluxe family room and had lots of space. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Restaurant serves greath food. Terasse on the 4th floor deserves more fans. Room 8. Room with A view !!! Only the airconditioning needs an update. On walking distance of the convention center. Close the Wawel site. Center of the... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel in July, for six days. We booked the superior room with Wawel-view (recommended!). Unfortunately, the airconditioning and the mini fridge both did not work - it seems as if the airconditioning system only works during the day and is switched off at night. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was... More

We stayed on a city break Monday - Friday and cannot praise the hotel enough, the staff are helpful and polite, they even gave us our tip back because they said it was too much! The hotel rooms are modern, clean and have Juliet balconies with views over the Vistuala River. We stayed on a b&b basis, the breakfast we... More

The hotel management had rented out the rooftop restaurant to a closed party playing unacceptably loud music, that literally made the whole building vibrate. The staff at the reception could do nothing about it. Otherwise good location, and average facilities.
