Wasn't so thrilled when I've heard about my booking in this hotel, because I still think it's the worst architecture that could happen to the neighborhood, but apart from it... Hotel is really comfortable, room clean and really nicely equipped. Mineral water every single day was a really nice touch, doesn't happen everywhere. The air conditioning was working perfectly. I... I stayed here for 2 nights and was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, the only problem i'd say with the room was only having one plug socket in the room but it wasn't a major issue. The bathroom was also nice and clean; the staff at reception were friendly and approachable most of the time during my stay.... More

Really good standard no frills hotel with surprisingly nice rooms. Cannot judge the resteraurants as I didn't eat in the hotel but no complaints about the facilities. Located in the area that was the Jewish ghetto in the war and not far from Schindlers factory , the history of the area is worth researching, a lot of the locations in... More

I stayed there as part of a college trip and we were all very pleased with our rooms and the staff. Some of the food was less than satisfactory but none of us went hungry. Whilst there we had a few mix ups and the hotel staff were more than happy to help and advise us which was very appreciated.... More

Stayed here for three nights. Could not have been more impressed. Lovely, air conditioned rooms. Clean. Staff were excellent and went out of their way to ensure all staff and students were catered for. Food was excellent. Bowling, pool and table football in their private entertainment area was fantastic! Would definitely recommend!

School party of 35, 35 degrees outside, air con inside and in rooms. Food good, bowling brilliant after a busy day. Far enough out to prevent temptations, close enough to the sites. All in all perfect, staff were great and the students loved it. Thanks to all the staff at Wilga...I would go back here without hesitation. The free film... More

We stayed in the Wilga for three nights on a History trip from a school in Ireland. I wasn't expecting much, because we were working with a very tight budget, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious and tidy (every our four-bed room!) and the breakfasts were well prepared and delicious. We were even provided with sandwiches upon... More

Stayed here for 3 nights travelling with Travelsphere. Paperwork said that this Hotel was chosen as better customer reviews than Hotel Chopin. I beg to differ. Hotel is down a very bleak back road. Hotel is very outdated. Everything in this hotel is grey and yellow. The beds were near enough on the floor, so low to get down to... More

I stayed here for 3 nights, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfasts were lovely, fresh, plentiful and a great choice. Although the hotel was not in the most attractive part of the town , it was a lovely walk to the town and castle. It was also close the river, it was a... More
