a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The staff can speak very good english and are very accomodating. the hotel is close to the main town of krakow by taxi or by local bus and we would return here when we next visit poland.

If you think of this place as a hotel, you will probably be disappointed, think of it as a hostel and you'll be okay. The hotel is under bankrupcy protection, which is not indicated when booking on-line, which in my view is dishonest.The reception area looks modest but clean with friendly staff.
