This is a very conveniently located hostel for a good price. Shared bathrooms were clean, if sometimes crowded during busy hours in the morning and night. Free wifi mostly worked just fine. They do not provide breakfast but there is "common" food like cereals, jams, milk, tea or coffee.

In spite of it being you get what you pay for, the hostel had the nerve to give me false information about checking out early. They told me it is no problem to check out one day early and the day will be refunded to my credit card within 7 days. After 14days of no money or nnotification I emailed... More

Upon arrival on a very cold Polish night without any electricity myself and 2 others entered the building. It was like a horror movie, cold dark and terrifying. We had no idea where to go and tried to follow a random man into a door thinking the whole building was the hostel (we were wrong). So we began to climb... More

This was the first hostel that I stayed at on a month long backpacking trip. The staff were fluent in Polish and English (not sure about other languages), advised us on a lot of attractions (including an awesome pub crawl for touring students!!!), and were very polite and pleasant. Breakfast was simple, but we weren't picky. Tea/coffee, jam and toast... More

Good location, cheap and cheerful hostel. Entrance way a tad intimidating and scruffy, but once you get upstairs to the hostel it's welcoming and friendly. Lovely staff and good size living room an kitchen to relax, woul certainly stay again when in Poland next

This hostel is pretty easy to locate, so you probably won't experience any trouble finding it. It is also perfectly located in between the old town and jewish quarter. Once arrived, I would like to point out that there are quite a few flights of stairs that need to be climbed before entering the actual hostel - this could be... More

Good value hostel in a great location - less than 10 minutes walk to the old town. The hostel is hidden away up a fair few flights of stairs but the rooms are spacious and clean, with nice communal areas. The breakfast included is self service and very generous! The staff are helpful and very knowledgeable about Krakow.

Orange is a ok hostel for a fair price. The beds are confortable and there are enough bathrooms for everyone. But there is nothing special to say about the common areas plus a nasty three floors stairs to climb up. Overall it's a good hostel but my impression is that it lacks atmosphere. If you just want a spot to... More

Really friendly staff, big clean rooms and bathrooms, free buffet breakfast- amazing considering such a cheap price. Location was good but you do have to climb several floors to get to the hostel. Overall a brilliant stay at the orange hostel, would go there again
