I stayed with my parents here for a long weekend June. We were all very pleased with it. The room we stayed in was very spacious. The hotel is very near the old town about 10mins walk and about 15mins in car from airport. Hotel reception was very helpful with any queries we had. Breakfast was very good with the... More

Spent 5 nights there. Location was very convenient to both the Market Square and the Wawel Castle. (No need for public transportation. Easy walk.) The room was spacious and kept very clean. Safe/Mini fridge/AC in room. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Really made us feel like they truly wanted to help! (directions/dining recommendations/taxi service to airport) Would be happy... Approximately 10 minute walk from the main square in the old town and a bit further on foot to the castle and Jewish quarter, this hotel is in a good spot. Very clean spacious room and we only paid 129 pounds for 3 nights, breakfast not included in the price. We bought breakfast one morning for 30 zloty each, it... More

Stayed for a week in this hotel and was very impressed. The room was large and kept spotlessly clean. Beds comfortable and great shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and staff provided more on request.Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked room only but had breakfast on one of the days.Plenty of choice-English,Continental and Polish options and it was... Nice location, older hotel with character, amenities limited to sauna, flight of stairs to lobby, rooms spacious and clean, beds very hard.....and when we checked out, we were told that breakfast was not included (cost 30 zlotys per breakfast)we had booked through hotwire), which was disappointing. Breakfast was okay, considering it was a smaller hotel, cheese, cold cuts, cereal, fresh fruit,... More

Stayed for three nights (Room 18). Everything was very good - rooms excellent, staff friendly etc. We didn't eat there as we only stayed Board. Our room was very quiet and good size. The only (minor) quibble is that there was no English language channel on the TV - I have stayed in Krakow about 10 times but this is... More

We’ve just returned from a brilliant four night stay at Ostoya Palace. The hotel suited all of our needs – the room and bathroom were clean and extremely spacious, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It was also ideally located – a couple of minutes from the main square and within walking distance of most of the other... More

Quiet, cheap, clean, friendly, good location. It was only £134 for a twin room for 3 nights - were were really pleasantly surprised at the high standard of the room. It looks as if it's had a bit of an overhaul - the bathroom was fab, very modern, corner baths, separate shower cubicle and lots of hot water! Clean with... More

I lived with a friend in a twin room #14 for four nights in November 2013. It was a standard room but it was very spacious compared to many other european standard rooms I have been staying in. The room was clean and nicely furnished with dark wood furniture and wooden floor. The bathroom was small but ok and clean.... More
