The hotel is ideally placed for the centre of the old town which is within 10 minutes easy walk. The outside is plain and we found it hard to find the entrance - the large brown wooden automatic door - which was unmarked. Inside the hotel is beautiful - large rooms, large windows, modern bathrooms, décor and furnishings appropriate to... More

It may not look much from the outside but this hotel provides clean rooms, friendly service and is only a 10-15 minute walk to the Market Square. Or catch a tram. My wife and I have just spent 4 nights there and the staff could not do enough for us; nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is excellent; mainly... More

Myself and 3 friends booked a family room with 4 single beds. Although we had a double bed and two singles. It was spacious and very clean. It had a stocked fridge. The room was cleaned daily. It had a restaurant/bar attached. Unfortunately the bar shut early on two of the four nights we were there. The food wasn't brilliant.... More

This hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Old Town Krakow. The rooms have a Victorian charm to them. Decent size but a small bathroom, which is standard very Europe. My wife and I were very please with the staff. They helped us in many ways. Breakfast was included and were able to get an American omelet etc. Very... More

Stayed for 4 days. Room was clean and large, bathroom a bit small with shower, but again clean. Bathrobes are like something from the sixties! leave nothing to the imagination! Staff were friendly and breakfast good enough to start the day. City centre 10 minutes walk. Plenty places to eat and drink and not expensive. In centre pay tourists prices,... More

Good location and very helpful staff. We had a room with skylight window and at first I was a little disappointed. Then I realised that there really wasn't anything to see other than traffic and another building opposite. The whole point of a hotel is for it to be a base for your sightseeing and this hotel is well situated... More

... and we were pleased overall . It's an excellent location, about 10mins stroll from main square, 40 mins from the Schindler Factory and about 20 mins from Jewish Quarter. The room was a decent size (with a spare single bed from which I borrowed the duvet and extra pillows -the 'double' provided was rather small). The bathroom had excellent... More

Good hotel & close to town. Very friendly & helpful staff. I would definitely stay again. Its a five min walk into town. The hotel is old but that gives it some character. The rooms have aircon which was very nice as it was hot. The bar underneath the hotel served good food and its cheap. I took the bus... More

The hotel is very well located, both near the airport bus station and the center of the city, the rooms are huuuuuge, and so is the bathroom, offering BOTH A SHOWER AND A BATHTUB. Unfortunately, we did not have breakfast, so I cannot have an opinion on that. The staff is extremely friendly, the guy is very sociable (when we... More
