We had a car so no problem for us. Bus and trolly right outside. CLEAN, QUIET, FREE PARKING, FREE WIFI, AND FREE BREAKFAST. We stayed three nights and it was a great economical choice for us. Staff was great. Great super market right behind hotel. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for one night, the room was basic but clean, the staff was friendly and professional, breakfast was nice and there were no school groups so sleeping was fine too. The area is nice, there are several big supermarkets there and it's not far away from the city centre. Would stay again.

We had a room for 4 ( 2 adults and two children ages 15 and 12 ) for 2 nights in February. The hotel is clean and basic and our room was huge. Breakfast was included in the price we paid - very reasonable for Krakow. The breakfast was ample although on the sunday morning we went for breakfast early... More

We had a one night stop over where during a bus tour around Eastern Europe. I think that the travel company made a good choice. It is not far away from Downtown, it is comfortable enough. There is a good supermarket very near. We came late, so it was helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel at least twice a year for the past six years. The staff is quite professional and cordial. There were no high school bus groups present so one could sleep. It seems as if the hotel has placed rules putting quiet time between 23:00 and 7:00 (which it should). A better selection on breakfast foods... More

First of all the hotel is not that whole huge building with a skybridge, it's only the bottom part. It's a nice hotel on the outskirts, it's clean, it's cheap, there is a direct tram connection from the hotel to the old town and the rooms are very oversized so you should have plenty of space.

I visited Krakow for 4 nights and stayed at the Hotel Aspel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to point me in the direction of the trams and assist with taxi services. Also, they helped me purchase a bus ticket to Wroclaw -- they really went above and beyond. The hotel includes breakfast with the price... More

I really enjoyed my stay in hotel Aspel, the receptionist, wonderful lady with short black hair was really helpful, telling me which taxi's I can use, at what time and the different rates especially since I was there during the New Year celebration. The hotel was close to a shopping store, just walking there took 2mins. The tram stop is... More

It's ve been my 3rd time in Aspel hotel. Great service, nice rooms (basic standard but really ok), good position- 7 minutes by tram to the city center, a few steps to the supermarket (it's a positive thing to have it so close if you realise you forgot your toothbrush ecc ) and exchange (go there if you need PLN-much...
