Room was not cleaned, appliances were broken. Brekfest poor. It seems hotel service deeply suffers from the good localization ignorance to traveler needs. Ask to show the room before taking. more

This hotel was a complete disappointment and certainly not worthy of its 3-star rating. Our room was unpleasantly monastic and rather dingy to boot. The bedcovers looked filthy and the beds were uncomfortable. Even for a low price, I don't think it's worth a stay. more

After reading the reviews we decided to give the place a try based on its location and bearing in mind the comments about noise asked for a room at the back. The hotel was perfectly located 2 minutes from the Main Square and quiet midweek. The beds were only a foot off the ground and the mattresses soft but it... more

This hotel must have one of the best locations in Krakow, practically adjacent to the Rynek Glowny square!! Most attractions including Jagiellonian University, Wawel Castle, the museum of Pope John Paul II and the nightlife are within walking distance. The service at the front desk was friendly and prompt, and my room was on the top floor so it only... more

Stayed here for 3 nights. The overall standard of the hotel was good, but it "suffers" from its good location in that it is quite close to the square and that leads to noise. Our first night was interrupted many times between 1 and 3 am by people shouting and singing in the street. Perhaps we should have asked for... more

Unfortunately I stayed in this horrible hotel for 3 nights. The bed covers and carpet were so dirty that I didn't want to touch them. The mattresses were so old that they gave no support and the beds were so low they were practically on the floor, which made it difficult to get in and out of them. I can't... more

This hotel is wonderful. Perfectly located near the Square, but also near the train and bus stations. It's about a block and a half from the square n a quiet street, it's also close to the train and bus for excursions & arrival and departure. The value is very good for being in such a wonderful location. The staff was... more

We (a group of 6 adults and 1 child) stayed in this hotel in the beginning of May 2006. The location of the hotel is fantastic - a quiet street in the old town. Two of the rooms were of average size, the third one (with an extra bed for a child) was very big. They were all spotlessly clean... more

I stayed in Hotel Wit Stwosz in May of this year and was hugely impressed with it. the rooms were spotless, the bathrooms huge, the breakfast buffet was more than enough to fuel a days sight-seeing. The staff were wonderful, extremely helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, it is on a quiet road but less than 2 minutes on... more
