My family and I stayed there, when we were in Krakow. This Hotel is an awesome place. The price is good. Rooms are very clean. Staff members are always smiling and ready to help. You know, we wanted to take a tour to Auschwitz, they booked tickets and reserved a bus for us. I adore a restaurant downstairs 'cause dishes... More

We stayed at the Astoria Hotel in January. The rooms are very basic and old-fashioned but a nice bathroom (very few amenities but we had brought our basics). The staff on reception at this hotel though are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for them, organising trips, suggesting restaurants, bringing up more pillows - all with a smile. The room... Very pleasant hotel situated in the Jewish Quarter. Clean, comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful and breakfast a very plentiful buffet. Close to all areas of interest. Shindler's Factory 10 minute walk. Main Square 15 minutes walk. Many nice, cheap bars and restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if I visit Krakow again.

It's a long walk from the train station but that's the only complaint I have. They are so helpful. Got there at 7 am and let us keep our bags there for free until check in. They helped us book tickets for self guided tours without using their tour people and called places when they weren't responding to our emails.... More

Booked trip through Holiday gems and chose hotel using Trip advisor for guidelines. Chose the hotel for price, location and facilities. Two single ladies, travelling for first time wishing to sightsee, shop, explore and get away from it all an in to the festive spirit. Upon arrival, hotel lovely and warm and cosy. Young male receptionist, spoke excellent English ensuring prompt... More

Located at Kazimierz, very close distance to bars and restaurants, not far away from the main tourist attractions of Cracow. When it comes to the hotel itself - it has seen its better days. My room was big, but the furniture and bathroom equipment was old, although it was quite clean inside. The bed could bo more comfortable, but the... More

This hotel is in a great spot, not too noisy (well we didn't hear much!) and within easy walking (flat) reach of the main spots in Krakow. we booked everything individually on line and saved about £100 each overall, the bargain were the private taxi transfers form the airport at less than £20 return! The room we had was quite... More

I spent there 2 nights in October being on a business trip, the facilities were clean, very basic however with some nice touches like complementary water replenished every day, free toiletries, bathrobe and breakfast buffet, room safe and speedy working WIFI. The breakfast menu was average, no thrills but plenty of food for price of £25 for bed and breakfast... More
