We stayed there one night and yes, everything was ok, but comparing this hotel to other hotels in Poland for the same price - well, it could be better. Location is just out of the city but it's ok when you are by car. Rooms quite large and overall clean but dirty old carpets and leaking and almost broken shower.... more

Hotel System is quite alright for the price. Krakow's hotel industry is playing catchup with a recent surge in tourism and as such central hotels are expensive (£70+ per night). Hotels in the suburbs are much cheaper (£20-£35 a night), and I think the saving is worth the small cost of having to travel in and out of the center.... more

My friend & his wife booked this hotel for a 5 night short break. We were unfortunate to be allocated room 110, we had no internet and our kettle didn;t work but worse of all the fire door outside our room was constantly weged open making it extremely hard to get out of our room. When we went to reception to... more

I stayed at the Hotel System in Feb this year. The hotel was very clean, the room was basic but despite the cold temps outside, it was nice and cosy. The beds were comfy with plenty of sheets & pillows, the batroom was clean and everything on good working order. We got a good rate for the room (double) and didn't... more

Ok I have just got back from the a Stay in Krakow and the Hotel System premium. The Hotel is located out of town about three miles or there abouts, the Hotel is on the main road in to town so if you have a room next to the road it is very noisy! There is no Air con in... more

Visited this hotel in June 07 whilst on a visit to Krakow - taking in a trip to Auschwitz. Fab hotel and facilities especially the free broadband internet access in the room. The weather was extremely hot for our visit so a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cool would have been a distinct advantage. The only down... more

Very clean with large room. Well equipped with free access to Internet. Small indoor pool fine. Breakfast was good. The hotel is aimed at business travellers and tour parties I think - the standard is a good chain hotel. The only problem is that it is some way out from the city centre and the sights - there is no... more

Hi! I have been in Cracow for few days visiting Poland and stayed in Hotel System Premium. It should be called Gold insted od Premium :) Room was nice and tidy but a little small for me (double). Hotel is new 9something like 4-5 years old). Try their restaurant - specially all dinners with fish stuff :) I give 4... more

Stayed here as it was the best buy for the price. Hotel has an indoor pool and small work out area however there was NO A.C., just an open window. Each room has its own free computer, a very nice touch. Staff good though when I prepaid breakfasts on the last day, 90 minutes later when my wife went to... more
