I was impressed with the quality dark wood timber furnishing & wool carpets in the rooms, very comfy. The rooms were very quiet if you kept the windows closed. Very comfortable, clean hotel with nice rooms and good breakfast. Cannot comment on the other meals but the price of alcohol was astronomical - we only had one nightcap at the bar and decided to put it down to experience. It is not in a pretty area so walking to the town centre did not appeal but taxis were cheap.... more

We had a great time at this hotel. The service was really good: everyone spoke excellent English and went out of their way to help. The tram stop is 100 metres away so you can be in the city centre in 10 minutes. Great breakfast and tesco's is across the road!!! more
