Just returned from a 4 night stay at this Hotel. After reading some reviews posted prior to our arrival here we were a bit dubious. However, we found the Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much bother for them. The restaurant was first class with a good choice of meals. We had dinner there on one night... more

The hotel was plain and in need of being redecorated and refurbished. It lacked any type of theme and was situated on the main route to a hospital. Every night we were woken by the sirens out side our window usually at about 4am. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows were flat, lumpy and small. We ended up... more

8 of us in three rooms, 2 single beds and 2 of the worst beds weve ever seen, both of which collapsed on the first night and had to be replaced by proper beds. Why didnt they put decent beds in in the first place? Breakfast was typically eastern european. We found the staff quite rude and unfriendly. Krakow was... more

I was impressed with the quality dark wood timber furnishing & wool carpets in the rooms, very comfy. The rooms were very quiet if you kept the windows closed. No tea/coffee making or irons in the rooms. Nice quality (Dove) liquid soap & shampoo (but not conditioner ) provided. No bath, shower only in our room. The dining room is... more

this hotel is excellent. great food, friendly staff, fab rooms, etc. My only issue is the fact that the hotel was so far out from the centre and main square. it's not miles and miles but it's a good few quid in a taxi there and back every night, which adds up if your staying there for a week. I... more

Very comfortable, clean hotel with nice rooms and good breakfast. Cannot comment on the other meals but the price of alcohol was astronomical - we only had one nightcap at the bar and decided to put it down to experience. It is not in a pretty area so walking to the town centre did not appeal but taxis were cheap.... more

We had a great time at this hotel. The service was really good: everyone spoke excellent English and went out of their way to help. The tram stop is 100 metres away so you can be in the city centre in 10 minutes. Great breakfast and tesco's is across the road!!! more

I travelled with a group of 5 other ladies who were sceptical about the choice of hotel. We were met on time at the airport by a company called 'Hotel Raider' who whisked us to our hotel without any problem. On arrival at the hotel all our fears were dismissed. The hotel was absolutely superb! Rooms do not have a... more

This is a very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities. The breakfast is first class and you could find yourself sitting quite a long time sampling all it has to offer. Staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. They really go out of their way to suggest places to go. The trips from the hotel... more

The hotel is a 4-star property. The amenities are very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything about this hotel is way above average. The unfortunate thing is that this hotel is about 14 miles from the Main Square in the heart of Krakow. In order to get to all the sites it is quite a drive by taxi.... more
