I've lost count how many times we stayed in Classic as we've been to Krakow for many years. The hotel is very close to main square and all attractions. It is a bit tired but this is reflected in price. As we had a family reunion we've booked few rooms. I had to inspect ;-) each one of them and... More

Older Hotel, you need a key to use the elevator (so if friends want to come upstairs you have to come down and get them) and they are so old that you need an actual key attached to a huge plastic rectangle and then you need to lock your door from the inside. It was so inconvenient! Who doesn't use... More

Location is fantastic, stayed here the past few times I've been to krakow and will stay here again. For the price you really can't complain...stayed here November 2013 with friends and it was warm, stayed here July 2014 with family and rooms were lovely and cool. The staff are really friendly, the reception open 24 hours. Trips and transportation are... More

The beds were small and painful, not even big enough pillows, we wouldn't be so annoyed if it wasn't priced so high, and why euros?! we travelled to lots of places and are open minded but this hotel was charging double what's it's worth, should've stayed in caravan

Stayed here on a school trip to Krakow (Feb 2013). Our room of four single beds and en suite was very simple but clean and functional although I felt that there weren't enough towels provided for us. The Wi-Fi was free but strength was not consistent throughout the hotel. The food was... Debatable. Watery tomato soup to start with gherkins,... More

Hotel manager is very strange person - she used my VISA card number before I arrived and decided to cancel my booking! We arrived very late ( around 23:30) and found us "without reservation". After this "welcome" words she took my printed reservation and say "By the case , I have your room free" and provide us with student room... More

We came to Krakow for the Conference, so the main requirements were early breakfast and free wi-fi, so we could check e-mails and programs. Staff was very helpful and nice, rooms were clean, great location, nothing to complain about. But there was also nothing special.

A great hotel for your visit to Krakow. Located very near the main square, with many restaurants to choose from located just a short walk away. We found the room to be roomy with a clean bathroom (shower only--no tub). Breakfast featured hard-boiled eggs, bacon, luncheon meats, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread and cereals. It was plenty to begin our day.... More
