Very cheap and comfortable. Not the best breakfast I have had (don't look at the polish sausages or you won't be able to stomach anything else!) Secure parking. Easy to get around from here with a car. more

Stayed in this hotel while on a Cosmos Tour. The hotel itself wasn't too bad although thelocation was a long way from the town. Food served was appalling! As one of our fellow travellers put it 'you wouldn't pay 50p for this ......... in London" more

Spent four nights during a recent visit. The room was what you expect with this group, clean comfortable but basic. The breakfast was good and plentiful. They have a small restaurant for evening meals which were very nice and reasonably priced. The reception staff were excellent and on booking in provided us with free map, advice on places to visit... more

Spent 3 nights in this hotel in Krakow. Location wasn't great but shuttle (Taxi really) makes it easy and cheap to get to and from the city centre. Bus also available but unless you have plenty of time, I wouldn't take it as it is always pack with local people. Breakfast in this hotel was not bad. Would stay in... more

We stayed at this hotel as part of a Trafalgar Tour group. The room was very comfortable and clean and the bathroom was great as well. However, everyone smokes in that hotel. It's horrible and hard to breathe in the lobby area or the bar area for that matter. Breakfast was horrid, gone almost instantly by hordes of tour groups.... more

We stayed at this hotel as part of an Archer's tour of Eastern Europe. Just before we arrived at the hotel it was obvious that it was in quite a remote location just off the motorway. The room was comfortable and quite nicely decorated with tea and coffee making facilities (but give the coffee a miss!). The bathroom was clean... more

The Hotel and Staff were excellent. It's location is in the suburbs a 10-15 min taxis journey into the centre of Krakow. As a wheelchair user the facilities were good, however the toilet is free standing so good balance is required. I am 5ft 8inc and my feet didn't touch the floor in the bathroom. Good value for money. more

Perfect hotel for me to visit Krakow. For just 4 zloty (a little more than 1 euro), you can take a shuttle to the center. You can return for even less money by taking the well organised public transport in Krakow. Very clean hotel, good food in the restaurant, very polite reception desk. Just one little detail: the extremely repetitive... more

We stayed at the Hotel Express by Holiday Inn, Krakow while travelling on an Archers/Cosmos Eastern European tour in June 2008. As I did not know the actual cost of a room I could not assign value because expected quality must be related to price. This hotel was perfectly adequate for a good quiet night’s sleep with reasonably comfortable beds... more

Not wanting to drive into central Krakow and seeking secure parking for our new Avis car, we chose this newer, modern Holiday Inn, easily reached on the major east-west highway E77. On arrival we were greeted by friendly, helpful, multilingual staff, and in no time were we checked into our non-smoking ground floor room. Our car was parked on-site in... more
