A good choice of hotel, with an excellent location for the centre of Krakow. Room was very comfortable, and breakfast had a good choice. Can easily recommend. more

Expensive hotel, but worth it. Clean, but the room we have got it was conecting room, and next door we had a kids. Anyway, if you want to stay few minutes from Old Market, and Planty, Wawel and Wisla choose this one. more

Location good, breakfast good, but overall not the usual 5 star hotel. Bedroom ok service not the best though, couldn’t help with an electrical adapter (continental don’t fit!) Lost night clothes when changing the sheets although did get them back on the last day! We were messed about with cards not working the door locks. Must however mention the excellent... more

Great Hotel good location opposite the Planty 3 min Palace 5min square very comfortable rooms although a bit pricey to drink there, breakfast really good lots of variety only down side was the bacon, sasauges etc where cold but other wise a very good hotel. more

The hotel is in a great location for all major attractions, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room was excellent, comfortable, clean and warm, we had snow and it was cold in Krakow still in March. Have stayed in many hotels in Krakow and the Radisson SAS is easily in my top 3. I was in a Business Class room (??) and it was huge. Separate bath and double shower, all absoloutely spotless.
