Has all the ingredients for an excellent hotel. Rooms well designed. Most staff pleasant. But spoiled by poor detailed management. Towel & shampoo missing. Duvets too small. Reluctance to change money when I wanted zlotys for the toilet. No bran at breakfast; sultanas/raisons ran out & none came when asked; scrambled egg ran out; no one to give you coffee.... more

This is a great central hotel, right in the old town and within walking distance of everything. It's big and modern, spotlessly clean and the rooms were very warm and comfortable after a few hours out and about in the freezing fog. We chose the Radisson because of previous problems with visiting the former communist bloc and we wanted the security of a known chain.
