We've stayed here twice for a week each time, along with extended family. Extremely convenient to the old city and Cloth Hall area. My wife and I stayed in this hotel as part of a choir that came to commemorate the 65 years of the destruction of Krakow Jewish ghetto and a visit to Auschwitz concentration camp. We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The customer service was excelent, hotel clean and a great breakfast. We recommend this hotel very much. more

This hotel was really comfortable, especially when the temperatures outside were below freezihg. As it was my 60th birthday and our aniversary we were even upgraded at no extra charge. Excellent reception with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Rooms immaculate, free internet, and a location where tour buses pick you up. No pressure from the front desk but they do advise on what is reasonable and not.
