We chose this hotel as it was the cheapest of the 3 hotels in the Thomson Lakes & Mountains brochure, plus it was the only one actually in the old town. It is basically a budget chain hotel, similar to Travelodge in the UK. Our room was pretty nice, although there was a distinct lack of cupboard/drawer space. Our air... more

I chose this hotel because it was in the old town and offered rooms with facilities for the disabled - I have a (hopefully temporary) mobility challenge. The room was sufficiently spacious for my wheelchair, and offered a comfortable double bed and a single. The shower room was a 'wet room', and there was a lip across the door to... more

location ideal, set in old town so all sights are a stone throw away and a luvly 25-30 min stroll to jewish quarter where all the best quirky bars are, including some of the best restaurants away from the crowds .All the Trains/trams/buses are 5 mins walk away also, so trips to Auschwitz/salt mines/tatra mountains/plaszow/ schindler factory is so easy... more

Hotel is in a great position - in the historical centre. Easy walking distance to everything. Right across the road from a park with circles the centre and opposite the academy of music. The room was huge at a really reasonable price. more

Location of hotel is the greatest - right by the Planty and a few minutes from main square and bus and rail stations. Big clean rooms and bathrooms. No safe either in room or behind reception so valuables have to be carried at all times - Krakow felt very safe but I was surprised such a leading hotel chain had... more

My husband and I stayed at the Campanile Krakow for two nights in late March. We weren't expecting much from a two-star hotel however based on TA reviews we went ahead and booked. Note: Check the hotel's website direct for special offers, as these can be up to 50% less than on other sites. (Unfortunately I learned this after booking... more

We stayed at the Campanile for 3 nights. It's central location and cost made it good value for money. You know what you'll get at a Campanile, decent budget accommodation. We only wanted a comfortable room to rest after a days sightseeing and that's what you get. No frills but perfectly adequate. My one complaint was the breakfast, at 32PLZ per... more

Hi All Just a few words regarding our January stay at the Campanile hotel krakow. We booked the Campanile through booking.com and got a very reasonable rate of £30 a night excl. Breakfast. We thought for this cost it may not be too good but how plesently surprised we were. This hotel was one of the best we have stayed... more

Hotel was spotlessly clean and in a great location , seemed to be a 5 min stroll from all the main areas, rooms very clean,if a touch basic, saying that had everything you need for a short break , great shower !! , hotel staff very helpful ,would certainly... more
