I was allocated to this hotel in January after my flight was cancelled. The whole group of us arrived at approx. 2 AM, hoping to turn in as soon as possible as we were all pretty tired after having to wait at the airport for five hours. There were two men at the reception only one of whom was dealing... More

I had a lovely spacious room on top floor of this hotel. Water was provided and nice towels, comfortable bed. The location is great - the market square and all the places one would want to see locally are within walking distance. Restaurants and coffee bars are plentiful. The "guest service" was not up to standard. The water supply in... More

Amazing accommodation. We stayed on 5th floor in room 514, which had an entrance hall with a wardrobe! Comfy bed, hair dryer and coffee/tea facility. Bottled water every day.. Breakfast was more than ample. Excellent location 5-10 minute walk to main square and restaurants . Love the "Blanket Tent Bar"..great mulled wine and grog served here! with the red blankets... More

I stayed in this hotel a while ago but have found trip adviser to comment. This is a great little hotel. Very friendly service, helpful staff, spotless rooms and a great location. This may only have three stars but deserves many more, highly recommended.

I will start my review saying that Krakow is a must-visit city, specially nice in December, with the Christmas Markets. Once said this, Campanile Krakow is a really good choice. Why? Good price, very good located (5 minute walk from the bus/train station, walking distance from city centre and sightseeing (but in a quiet corner, very important), modern hotel with... More

Very good hotel in a road just north of of old square. Quiet room at back. Cannot fault anything but not much more to say. Will ramble on just for the sake of it. Bath instead of shower which was very welcome. Free computer use in the lobby. Is in a very good road for restaurants. Would recommend the Milk... More

Good budget hotel with great location. Room was quite big and clean, bed was comfortable. We didnt have our breakfast at the hotel as there are much better and cheaper places in Krakow when you can get nice coffee and something to eat. We found the young gentelmen at the reception quite rude!! I would recommend this hotel for a... More

Very good location. In Old Town but easy to walk to from the airport train. Walk to market square. Breakfast was good if not a little pricy(spoiled American with free breakfast being normal). Room is bare bones but a good size. The bed was nice and the internet was good and that is all we needed

this was a return visit to the Campanile and it was as I remember it: clean and efficient and a great location - see other reviews about the proximity to much of interest in and around the town centre. The downside of this is the late night crowds can be quite noisy. The hotel was very busy while I was... More
