We spent 3 nigths at this hotel and were very pleased overall. About 40 mins from airport and about £18 in a taxi. -- Hotel is about 5 minute walk from main town, with so many bars and restuarants to pick from. Staff were friendly. Hotel good value for price and location. Cleaning staff very good, efficient and pleasant. Female restaurant and bar staff pleasant especially the young "blonde" barmaid who was very helpful and advised on different locations around Krakow. We stayed at this hotel for three nights and and looked forward to leaving it! The hotel is in a very good position for the city centre, about a five minute walk. The downside was that the rooms were not as clean as they could have been and the restaurant was very un-welcoming with staff that couldn't have cared less.... more

Stayed for 4 nights in March 2010 and was very pleased with this hotel. Great location only 10 mins walk from railway station, don't be put off by outside appearance. Very good hotel, location excellent. Don't worry about the exterior of the hotel it hides a very clean and bright interior. Rooms were very nice and large, shower was a little small and compact, probably the bathroom in our room could do with an upgrade, was looking a little tired.
