Stayed at this Hotel, May 2008, without any problems - situated about a 20mins walk from main train station, set back from main circular old town ring road. Rooms a tad small but clean/adequate. I stayed there in feb and the only complaint i have was the noise. I was travelling with my school and i am aware that we were to blame for some of it, but on various occaisions our teachers were forced to ask other guests at the hotel to be quiet as our group were trying to get some sleep... more

Very disappointed with this hotel. When we arrived we were told that they had overbooked and had no room for us but that they had booked us into an equivalent hotel down the street. Some of the party were not happy with this and argued their case, at which point the manager grudgingly said she would give us a room.... more

Don't hesitate in booking this hotel. Very central with an English pub 5 minutes away for all your sporting needs. Weather not great but I'm Scottish so I'm well used to that. Met up with twelve Welshmen and had a blast with them. Beware, there are two airports, Balice is closest to the hotel. more

Hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk from the Centre and all attractions. About 10 minutes, from the railway station and shopping centre.
